    Interesting video showing different approaches to design the pipe. However, for the revolution approach the pocket operation is not necessary, you can simply limit the revolution to 180°.

      @jurgenr3240, You're right. I had a question about how to remove any part of a solid, and I decided to show it with this example. Maybe it wasn't the best example :)

    I'll have to experiment, but I think a better approach would be to do the first initial. figure 8 extrusion. Reversed keep. keeping the initial. XY plane on the top. That way, the origin would be automatically centered. Then to use. your existing. circle geometry as. External construction geometry, locating the center points. Then drawing the arc Path.. from the. center points. with the origin as the center. as the center arc then actually locating. your circle profile On the origin. In correct dimension size. and later. mapping it in the data view. and selecting the reference point. from that dialog box. pinpointing it right to The endpoint of the arc with the center of the circle Profile referenced. in the second Reference. of the dialog box. making sure that it was normal. to the edge.
