Controversial take.... I don't like Dyce's vocabulary at all. He's definitely improved but he getting some insane battles and he's lost the majority of them. Twinn Qwenga cleared, Stain cleared, Sniper definitely cleared. Hell Shazzam got him all the way back in Wasteland 2. Why he keep getting these insane battle cards? Idc what Rexx says he's been punching above his weight for literal years.
His material does not move me, he doesn't actually dance outside of super basic movement (2 step getting abused to dust out here) and yet I wouldn't be surprised to see that boy put up against Oxy or smth next week. He has ZERO legwork.
MEDUSA IS RIGHT. TIRED OF THE "SORCERY". They just be doing connects that mean NOTHING. Empty ass movement that has no thought behind it besides moving your body parts. DAMN.
Y'all know what I'm talking about cuz you talk about clarity and intention throughout your commentary in these videos.
I would love to see y'all cover battles like N'stinct vs Lotus, or Pun vs Junglle.
Thank you for sharing! And that’s perfectly fine we’re all for the controversy haha. People are too afraid to say what they’re really feeling in fear of backlash from crews and fans which is why we started this. We try to keep it respectful of course (though you can’t please everyone) but we want people to have that real honest conversation and not hold back, that’s how people grow so I appreciate this 💯.
I definitely understand the perspective because I also personally believe in a proper climb through the ranks when getting certain tiers of battles. Really earning that merit. That’s why I said this is a perfect moment for Dyce to just revisit his fundamentals and master those before he gets too far ahead and stuck in undesirable habits, since he’s already been battling over his class now. I had to do the same early on so I know too well 😭. Constant revamping. Clarity and intention is a must even starting from your fundamentals and language which is a big reason Sniper won.
I know his appetite is probably even bigger after this match up, so hopefully he cleans those areas up asap if he has more high tier match ups instore. If not it’s going to be a rough.
And I’ll definitely consider those match ups, thank you for tuning in!

I agree with the being on beat while dancing. I also dont agree fully that a dance can be offbeat and still be wrong or just not right. I think you guys said symmetry and I am more of an asymmetry type. I would encourage recognition in the fact that even inside of Asymmetry still exists Symmetry. But I do believe there is a way to dance offbeat and it not be correct, but it is a very fine line. I believe you guys even said it. That you can be offbeat but it better be right, which means to me that there is a way BUT it better be right. Your Asymmetry better have the right Symmetry... That's all Im saying, and Im also speaking up for the Assymmetrix types of people or dancers.
I love your input and completely respect you guys opinions and takes on things and these dances that people request from you all... Keep it up...

Yeah definitely, there’s a verrryyy thin line there, which is usually a big undeniable killer/moment or the initiation of the moment (execution of a crazy move for example) that kinda overrides it if it’s just slightly off--Compared to something like a bounce that’s just blatantly off beat for counts and counts if that’s makes sense. Or someone rushing ahead of the beat spamming arm placements with no rhythm which a lot of people tend to do. That’s where I’m like okay… let’s regroup 😂.

Yes! Krump is different from other styles off dance but it’s stil,a dance, that dance to the music lol😂 you can’t be off beat the whole round or 50% of it either that not entertaining to watch tbvh
