Why didnt you use +2 round rewards or convert all rewards into catalysts?

Its a very expensive build but here it is poe.ninja/pob/1CKA - might be scuffed since i threw it together pretty quickly before running this strat
any recommendations for a uber boss build that is not 100+ div?
Trap/mines or manastackers are good bossers and id imagine they would also be good on a budget since a lot of people league started with them, so probably those
