Amazing weather again. I will keep watching your videos with interest in the coming months to see what the weather is like over the Christmas / winter.
Hey Ross, thank you ! The challenge for interesting content this winter is on... things will be closing down in about 9 days, so time to get creative. ps. it was supposed to rain today - barely a drop has fallen... looking forward to the sun again!
Hi Ross - I saw you left a comment on my video yesterday but it's disappeared so I could only read the preview in notifications - i couldn't click onto it, and it's not anywhere to be seen in TH-cam studio (the back end of TH-cam) either! I totally value your opinion - because your opinions add value and make my channel better! So apologies for not replying but I'll reply here instead to what i could read, so thank you!
We always visit S'illot and Sa Coma when staying in Cala Bona, we use the open top bus which is lovely just be wary of wayward tree branches LOL we have also used the little Train too. Many times we walk between the resorts and each one has its own charm and as you saw there are plenty of watering holes to stop and rest at. Its a beautiful area and so worth a visit.
The perils of an open top bus!!! This is such a lovely area - Just perfectly set up for an amazing summer holiday. I look forward to returning this summer too!
Oh wow!!! Yeah, I guess the pandemic has hit hard...let's see how things pick up in the coming years! Ps. the beach though I bet is unchanged and stunning !
Bizarrely I ended up in S’Illot by accident!! But I’m really happy I stayed to make the video. The sea quality there was just something else ! Thanks for commenting Caroline 🤗
Your videos as mesmerising, thank you so much. It is my dream to live in Mallorca, it is my absolute favourite place I have ever been to. I would literally do any job if it meant I could live there.
I’m in Johannesburg South Africa and love watching your videos. My hubby and i will be in Majorca from 10th of October. We have already booked the Ibersol Son Caliu hotel in Palmanova but luckily with free cancellation 😁. Thank you for this awesome video. I am now going to book Hipotel Coma Gran or TBH Sa Coma Platja Hotel.
Really like the east side of Majorca, we stayed in Sa Coma for a week visited the talaotic monuments and the castle in the middle of the nature reserve.
Oh Tommy that’s such a shame you didn’t get out here - I thought it would’ve been about now you should’ve been out. Hopefully things will sort themselves out soon. Just want things to go back to normal.
Great video. I’m in a wheelchair so great to see how accessible places are. Sa Coma looks great for wheeling around barrier free. Can I ask you, are there public disabled toilets around or would I need to go back to hotel all the time? Many thanks in advance of your reply.
The trouble is each time you do one of your lovely videos, that's where I want to go next! Really enjoyed seeing S'Illot. A place I'm not that familiar with. How about doing Canyamel and Esglesia Nova?
Is it terrible to say … I’ve just had to Google both places ! I don’t think I’ve been to either !!! But absolutely going to explore and make some videos of these lesser known places! Thanks Chris ! Have a lovely Sunday 🤗
Great video as always Alex, you're a natural...... 👏 We arrive Monday and staying 2 nights in Palma and then the Illa D'or for 4 nights. If you're around we would love to treat you to lunch/tapas 🥂 PS. I've just updated my profile pic on here and it's a view from our Casita in Fornalutz 😍😎
Oh that's so kind and that would be great! We're supposed to be going the other way - to the UK over half term - and not 100% sure if we're going yet.. Will keep you posted!! ps. you'll hit some nice weather next week and will miss the rain tomorrow!
@@MallorcaUnderTheSun no problem Alex 👍 hopefully you’ll get back to the UK for special family time 😘 If we don’t get to meet you this time, we’re all booked for 2 trips next year ✈️😍

Thanks Andy - Sa Coma is about 5km south from Cala Millor - I need to figure out how to do maps in the video ! (I did try but couldn’t figure it out !)
@@MallorcaUnderTheSun, Yes Alex, it took me a while to sus out maps, but I use an app called snipping tool which is basically a way of doing a screenshot of a map then save as an image(photo) then I use a zoom feature to put some movement into the image via the video editor.

Well you sold SaComa to me, am heading to Palmanova Sat morning and again Next April but I think the April event will be switched to SaComa
The beaches over there were so lovely and such a nice walkway too. I bet the sunrises are spectacular too. Yeah I was impressed !
Hi Ma‘am, what‘s the exact date did you visit there? Is the sea water bearable for small kids? Thanks.
Is the water always clean?
It's mostly this colour yes unless there has been a storm, in which case it may not be as blue.

Does anybody know if there’s a 6 drink rule for all inclusive in the Colombo mix hotel in s’illot?
I´m pretty sure the all inclusive limit is just for hotels in Magaluf and Arenal.. .but double check before you book!
