Well to be fair to Carl Winslow he had to put up with so much BS due to Urkel he would be understandably pissed off 24/7. Let's face it Urkel was a living breathing nightmare machine. He caused a ton of money damages to a lot of things in his life (he prob cost the Winslow's 10 thousand + in damage to their home at least and I'm being kind there,) and in one of the later seasons he joked about how he had insurance people on speed dial which isn't anything to brag about. Steve drove Laura crazy especially when they were kids, and Carl had to put up with it and Steve's inability to get a hint. Plus on top of that he had to put up with Eddie being a troublesome teen especially in the first few years of the show. He had that episode where he destroyed the living room by driving the car into it. That was Steve esque damage. Then he had other instances where he did something stupid and Carl had to clean the mess up due to his job. Poor Carl never caught a break when it came down to it. Any less sane man would have lost his mind by year 2 or 3 but he manged to hang in there somehow albeit being mean at times. But in his credit he would always apologize for it when it mattered and he loved Eddie and Steve. He was a good father just in a rough spot.
I agree not to mention how many times Steve hurt Carl physically on accident like when Carl's back would be acting up and he had a weak heart. I have a troublesome son and a few neighbor kids that drive me crazy all the time. If my life was amped up like on the show I would be just like Carl.

I know this comment is old, but I have to ask: Did Feeny have a phd? Because if he did why would he have taught high school in the first place? High school teachers have Master's degrees. If you are going to take the years it takes to get a PhD to be a college professor why would you settle for a high school job?
You don't need a PhD to be a college professor and high school teachers can have bachelor's. Mostly Feeny did have a master's cause he was a principal for a while and I get the impression he may had additional training in child psychology.

Well, Joey was helping his recently widowed best friend while looking for steady work. It's not that weird. And he was obviously good with the kids and close to them before.
To be fair to Uncle Phil (RIP James Avery) when his wife disappeared and was replaced with a new actress, it was because of two reasons -- one, the first actress didn't get along with Will Smith, and it was his show, and two, she was in breech of contract when she got pregnant midway through her last season. They couldn't film around her pregnancy because she got so big so fast and not just in the belly, so they had to write in what, for the Banks', was a late-midlife baby that they didn't want to have to deal with. So they finished out that season, had baby Nicky, and during the hiatus swapped out Aunt Viv's and magically aged Nicky until he was five years old.

What about the one where Jesse was supposed to figure out he is going to be a father but talks about his promotion for his music? "Raw Natural Talent." Lol!
And then Funny or Die released the 'Zack Morris is Trash' series highlighting the exact same concept about the missing girlfriends, new characters, etc.
Don't forget about Minkus, who promptly disappeared as soon as they moved up to high school, only to come back 4 YEARS later for the graduation episode, explaining his absence from all their lives by saying "Yeah, I've been down in that part of the school." [points to just off-camera] He then turns toward said hall and calls out for Mr. Turner (the biker teacher who'd been missing from the show for a full year), and promptly disappears once again.
I just figured out that each member of the the group has their own art style when they imagine things. It's a really cool detail. You can see it from the intro.
The amount of research you guys must pour into each episode is truly astounding. Just like pretty much everything else you guys do, this is some seriously badass shiiite
Okay, as somebody who's recently binge-watched The Fresh Prince, I have to say this: That scene where Uncle Phil said "If I want your opinion, I'll beat it out of you" was a scene Will made up when he took his uncle (and landlord) to court over a broken air conditioner (I think?). He tried to make him look like a tyrant. Totally taken out of context. Uncle Phil did throw Jazz out all the time, but mainly for stuff like creeping on his daughter. I clearly remember that in one episode, Will himself through Jazz out the door, so no biggie. Uncle Phil's character is not creepy and I don't think he should be on the list. .... Also, he didn't plan on teaching at the college. Corey basically begged him too and said none of them wanted to go without him.
TH-cam, fix your site. I have liked all these videos at least three times and I still have to do it every time I rewatch them. Why???
What about Mr.Wilson from that one show that I can't remember who always sat there hiding behind the fence there when you needed him.
"Home Improvement".
I now have nostalgia for pre-Some More News Cody Johnston, but SMN Cody is cool too.
i'm so happy the subtitles are in. love ya after hours
Stephanie wasn't saying "whorescope" she was saying "HORRORscope".
9 years later and we still find our way back we need after hours back!
And ding! The round's over. What a match. Lots of interesting arguments. Michael and Daniel definetely gave the best ones though. They rather trumped each other instead of countering, so I'd call this a tie. Also one plus point for the random guy in the diner... and one minus point for total creepiness!
Daniel: 5
Soren: 3
Katy: 3
Michael: 3
Random stalker: 0
I like how Dan's winning. Are you going chronologically?
mortimermcmirestinks
Yes. From earliest to newest.
+Drace90
You're doing the Lord's work, son.
I miss these videos so much
It takes alot to make a stew...
This content, right here, is what the internet is missing right now. 4 hilarious people, that are even more hilarious together, having intelligent, in depth conversations about moronic subjects involving everything pop-culture.
Rachel and Lil Richie did eventually come back and/or were mentioned after they disappeared.....Judy however, the poor dear.
I loved this video! Keep em coming, Cracked.com! New Fan! (I especially dug the last part where that guy says that awesome plug and then claims to be someone else. That made me LMFAO! I sure hope to see more of him and that he doesn't go the way of all the others; to never be seen or heard from again! ;) Srry, just couldn't resist.
I've seen that waiter giving More News somewhere...can't...put...my finger on it!
jack was also in the other two diners, he sits in the back ground between Soren and Dan (my personal fav actor) in the spiderman episode and he is at the counter for the first BTTF episode
OMFG that Full House scene, I lost my shit.
What about the one where Jesse was supposed to figure out he is going to be a father but talks about his promotion for his music? "Raw Natural Talent." Lol!
To be fair, the joke as written was "horror-scope". Kimmy's Face is a horror. But out loud it gets a new life
I love that Michael says "hint hint Amsterdam" and his character moves to Amsterdam in the finale
And then Funny or Die released the 'Zack Morris is Trash' series highlighting the exact same concept about the missing girlfriends, new characters, etc.
Don't forget about Minkus, who promptly disappeared as soon as they moved up to high school, only to come back 4 YEARS later for the graduation episode, explaining his absence from all their lives by saying "Yeah, I've been down in that part of the school." [points to just off-camera]
He then turns toward said hall and calls out for Mr. Turner (the biker teacher who'd been missing from the show for a full year), and promptly disappears once again.
im more concerned that the cook laughs like goofy...thats creepy af
it was Belding's laugh...

Laughing like Freddy Krueger would be even creepier.
That’s okay, Cody. Someday you’ll have your own showdy
Katie makes some excellent points. The one about zach's other girlfriends is spot on
I just figured out that each member of the the group has their own art style when they imagine things. It's a really cool detail. You can see it from the intro.
Aw Cody! Before the show'dy and...mental breakdowns over political climates of our current times. How adorable 😀 so young and full of life.
The amount of research you guys must pour into each episode is truly astounding. Just like pretty much everything else you guys do, this is some seriously badass shiiite
Why isn't Cody 11 ft. tall anymore?
Okay, as somebody who's recently binge-watched The Fresh Prince, I have to say this:
That scene where Uncle Phil said "If I want your opinion, I'll beat it out of you" was a scene Will made up when he took his uncle (and landlord) to court over a broken air conditioner (I think?). He tried to make him look like a tyrant. Totally taken out of context. Uncle Phil did throw Jazz out all the time, but mainly for stuff like creeping on his daughter. I clearly remember that in one episode, Will himself through Jazz out the door, so no biggie. Uncle Phil's character is not creepy and I don't think he should be on the list.
.... I feel better now. :)
Loved the rest of the video!
Aw jeez my child hood got dark
+Simsgirl Gem (simsgirlgem) at least you didn't say "childhood ruined"
+Sebastian Ferguson childhood ruined
+Simsgirl Gem (simsgirlgem) Your childhood was always dark, they just turned off the lights.
You guys point out the wierdest things in television, and I love it!!!
I've literally never seen any of the shows referenced.
then you must be non-american. only logical explanation.
kam frusciante
he could be 12 too all these shows were canceled 20 years ago
Kewl Beans 1 word: reruns
kam frusciante
sure but you'd be hard pressed to find those on network tv channels....idk maybe the kid doesn't have cable. not everybody does. wheni was a kid the only time we had cable was one the local provider was doing some kind of special deal lol. and untill a few months ago i hadn't had cable in my adult life for the better part of 2 decades lol
plus tvland costs extra
0:42 I know I'm a bit late to the game on this one but, another similar pattern emerges in the TV Show MacGyver. Murdock being thrown off a cliff and the certain je ne sais quoi.
FEENAY! FEE HEE HEE HEE HENAY!
Thanks some more news guy for telling us some more news about belding
Would you teach me? I'd teach me.
I'd teach me so hard.
3:03 after watching this for many years I now realize that he was referencing “funny or die”
I think she said horror scope
These After Hours videos are my absolute favorite videos from Cracked.
This was uploaded on my birthday. Thank you Cracked!
Lmao uncle phil only threw jazz out all the time cause he kept trying to hit on his daughter. RIP James Avery btw
anyone remember that guy on happy days that he went upstairs saying he'd be right back but never did? he just vanished
Was this the most creepy sitcom characters or the most unintentional sitcom characters
Don't you dare kill off Daniel O Brien!!!!!
Always look forward to new videos of these. Keep up the good work.
uncle Phil was a saint!
Ahhh time capsule. Loving hearing Michael call Cody "The handsome stranger"
We need more After Hours
