I am renaming this: “The OH My!” Pilates reformer video 😅 1st part= OMG! 😱 Oh My Glutes! 2nd part= OMAA! Oh MY Abs and Arms! 3rd part= OMT! Oh MY thighs! The ring made it so challenging; I especially loved this video! Thank you so much!😊 P.S. thank you also for the chuckle around minute 10:00 when you stated that that was the warm-up 🤣
Thank you Lisa for this awesome message! It made my day when I read it. So glad you liked this video, the ring is definitely a challenge and so intense on the body parts in so many good ways :)
Thank you for another great workout! Contrary to what some had said, I like your workouts for adding to the same movement making it more challenging. Don't like when instructors do only a few reps and switch to a totally different body focus.
You’re very welcome, glad you enjoyed it and like the more reps/ variations . I know my style isn’t classical pilates of 8-10 reps and not everyone is going to like it, but I want to feel like I get a workout in when I do pilates which is why I try to do a decent amount of reps and pulses so my muscles get fatigued. 😊
I did this workout today and OMG my abs were on 🔥 I'm at work and I'm still thinking about this workout lol Just so you know You are my favorite instructor as of today thank you for a great class!! Luv ya!!!🙏
Excellent workout as usual!! The ring is always a killer prop in a class! I was already missing your videos, thank you so much for sharing, hope it won't take too long for another one!
Thanks so much! I have been missing my videos and working on the machine! I set up my machine yesterday so hopefully in the next few weeks I’ll have a few up!
I haven’t done this one in forever but someone else mentioned that as well! I had a client that only liked to do glutes, so the beginning part I would do with her and figured maybe other people might be want a longer glute/ inner thigh series.
I do like your workouts but find that you hold one position for way too long. That opening bridge series could have been broken up with another exercise in a different position between the inner and outer thigh workout. Otherwise it becomes quite predictable and BORING!

Awesome workout. Couldn’t believe how much difference the ring makes. Thank you
Yes the circle really adds a lot of intensity to the exercises and engages so many more muscles.

Ring of 🔥🔥🔥 Another great workout. My muscles get fatigued from your workouts. Love it 👍
Thank you!!! Yes my workouts definitely are meant to fatigue the muscle but also feel good and not be too complicated. 💪

Usually like the workouts but the beginning of this one was too repetitive wihtout any variation,,, not my fave

Holding a position is precisely what deepens the work and results.
Fantastic workout, thank you so much. Great job-nice seamless transitions and a good pace
Thank you Jamie! Appreciate the kind feedback and happy to hear it was a great workout!
