I have tried this tactic for İstanbulspor and the results are unbelievable! Not too much transfers but I've finnished second for my first season. Now my second season I am 4th on the table for Turkish Super League.
Used this with Birmingham, really fun. Some great football, looked at high work rate players in the midfield and worked wonders. Very nice 😅

Thanks! I sometimes change the B2B to an AP support when needed, change my winger roles to what suits best, change my AP attack to a mezzala. On a rare occasion I’ll change to a 41212 (keeping the instructions)

Just Saw you Tactic, and it was decent the last half season with Sunderland i get promote to premier league. With eintracht Frankfurt is a good Tactic, first 10 matches in the 8-1-1, only loose to Bayern Munich 2-0 lost away. I have find at If i got some problems to break Down defends i just turn up the build up faster a little bit.
I went arsenal first season 32W 6D with a 4-4-1-1 formation, was amazing, a lot of 1-0 or 2-0 wins but hey, made history
What I noticed when you play IF as winger goes better coz they don't cut so soon into the box, the actually run to byline and the cut, and it feels much better.

I can't belive this. We have almost exact same tactics and roles to players. But I use RPM instead of Ap on att. Somehow my players go great in that position.
What's the best tactic for Serie A in your opinion? Any chance you play a season with Lazio? They have a very interesting and fun team.
I created a save with Perugia (Serie B) and gained promotion first season and then went on to compete in Europe! It was a tactic very similar to this but changed slightly with individual players

If you have like a big team and with good players and you want a high scoring match to make the game abit more fun and entertaining, This tactics is for you. My game went from 1-0 to 4-0.

What about tactical style you have it as custom I don't know how to make it custom all I can do is choose between tikitaka and control possession and that's very confusing to me
Custom is when you select a present and then change what is inside of it! Hope this helps - subscribe for more if you enjoyed it though!!!

They come with time, partnerships are built when players play well together consistently without too many games apart. Training can help but it’s mainly down to game time and tactics working well
I am new to this game, which preset style do you use?
For this I haven't used any preset style - if you press create your own (at the bottom of the preset list) you get a clean tactic!
Do you put any individual instructions on the players?
I chose not to, but you can if that’s a preference!

He said it was a 1st or second season Monaco team did he not? So it would be decent. The point he’s making is that the tactic is more important than the players.

I let my assistant do the training, I manage the individual training though! Change the winger roles to whatever you prefer!

- A last question: i have a pretty good central midfield with Camavinga at DM and Hamed Junior Traore and Iliax Moriba at CM, so is it better to play with two AP or is one AP and one BTB better in your oppinion? :)
Depends who you’re against, small teams maybe try 2x AP, bigger teams definitely need a b2b

The tactic is really inconsistent for me, most of the games I have only 30's% ball possession is this normal?

I tried this tactic with Lyon, and the results are pretty good, but there are some bad matches (draw against very bad teams), and some very good results (5-0 against Bayern for my 1st season)
Some bad teams, with low defensive lines, can be hard to break down! Hope you enjoyed the tactic

I have no individual player instructions! I think they’re mainly down to personal preference (if a B2B has better attacking or defending attributes for example)

Damn, my Roma team struggles with this formation which is a massive shame, seems to leak goals with a lack of posession.
Interesting! The complete opposite of what I’ve experienced in my saves. Maybe give a few roles a tweak if your players aren’t suited?
@@LonghurstLive yeah. I my wingers and djeko don't seem to have much impact. Or no where near the extent of yours. Just need to get them going and the tactic will be fire for me.

You can create an online league, where you control a team each in the same save!

Definitely! Felipe, Bowen and fornals will work incredibly well - plus Rice as either the BWM or B2B! Haller sometimes struggles but I've only personally experienced great things with him! A new RB would be useful for you

All this fancy tactics works in low skill leagues like France or Italy. Im currently playing 2046 year in English Premier with Blyth (previously made York from Conference to Premier, now they are top2 team each year), and i can't win shit. Every team has insane level of players, and even when i buy someone decent, that wont change anything. Im desperate. Barely survived last season 1 point of relegation. This season is the same.
Even I am playing in Europe with Blyth in the year of 2033. But, this tactic is working well. Maybe not scoring that many goals, but I'm tweaking to grind through games to win points. Great tactic.

Against defensive teams, maybe change to 2x AP in CM. against very tough teams maybe change one of the midfielders to a DLP
