I checked the phone rooted or not with the app root checker ,it says it not rooted. I think it only uncertified vivo custom os build which is color os.. The trick you said earlier is it safe? I have android lollipop version and Lenovo Vibe k5 plus rooted device. I have permission option in Google play services but it is non editable.
Try installing a custom rom which is on latest android version.
I can't view that permission like yours on my lenovo phone . Did i need to install mageskmanager first
No.. Permissions are by default. Go to settings then apps then apps permissions
