Chicken boneless:250g
Oil:2-3tbsp
Ginger garlic paste:1tsp
Yogurt:4tbsp
Chilli flakes:1tbsp
Black pepper:1tsp
Salt:to taste
Lemon juice:1½tbsp
Capsicum:1medium
Tomato:2medium
Onion:2medium
Cheese:50g-150g
Coal:for smoke
"For Pita Bread"
All purpose flour:5cups
Yeat:11g
Sugar:1tbsp
Salt:½tsp
Ghee/Butter:1½tbsp
Lukewarm water:as required for kneading
"For Hot Sauce"
Mayonnaise:¾cup
Chilli Sauce:2tbsp
Vinegar:1tbsp
Ketchup:2
Red Chilli powder:½tsp
Salt:a pinch
اجزاء
چکن بون لیس: 250گرام
تیل: دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ: ایک چائے کا چمچ
دہی: چار کھانے کے چمچ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ: ایک چائے کا چمچ
نمک: حسب ذائقہ
لیموں کا رس: ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
شملہ مرچ: ایک عدد درمیانی سائز کی
ٹماٹر: دو عدد درمیانے سائز کے
پیاز: دو عدد درمیانے سائز
چیز: 50گرام سے ڈیڑھ سو گرام
کوئلہ: دھواں دینے کے لئے
"پیٹا بریڈ بنانے کے لیے اجزاء"
میدہ: پانچ کپ
ایسٹ: گیارہ گرام
چینی: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
نمک: آدھا چائے کا چمچ
گھی: ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
نیم گرم پانی: حسبِ ضرورت ڈو گوندھنے کے لئے
"ہاٹ سوس بنانے کے لیے اجزاء"
مایونیز: تین چوتھائی کپ
چلی ساس:دو کھانے کے چمچ
سرکہ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
کیچپ: دو کھانے کے چمچ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر: آدھی چائے کا چمچ
نمک: ایک چٹکی
