MeadowBrook is the result of Dodges untimely death.. at that time he was in the process of building a 85KSQFT Mansion in Grosse Pointe Farms. Most of the home Dodge was building in Grosse Pointe Farms was carefully removed, and repurposed in MeadowBrook… He, his brother and both their wives were not accepted in Grosse Pointe/Palm Beach society so after Matilda remarried, they decided to build on their farm land in Rochester instead of finishing the home on the Lake. What wasn’t salvaged and used to construct MeadowBrook was demolished and the land subdivided to make way for 25-40 multimillion dollar homes today.
Great question! Real estate is all about stories. The stories of the houses and the people that make them into homes . This series focuses on partnering with other staples in our local community to put a spotlight on these architectural marvels that can live on for anyone that doesn't have access to simply take a tour. To answer your question, we presented a proposal to produce something for them and they were fully aligned with the vision. Thanks for your comment.
@@MJ-fj9yv 🤣. Rrrrrrriiiiiiiiight. You’re about as sharp as a spoon, ya’ know that? I’ve been in that mansion and have had access to parts of it that most people never have, including you, so many times I couldn’t count them.
Amazing

Very nice
Interesting!! How did a lowly real estate brokerage get the permission to do a video tour of Meadowbrook?! 🧐
