I still don’t understand why insomniac nerfed Peter so hard. Like how does Venom manage to beat Spidey WITH his ANTI VENOM suit. It’s called Anti Venom for a reason. That suit was so pointless. You’d think it’d be Miles (the less experienced Spidey) that’d be the one always getting saved and nearly killed but ofc because of the plot they made Peter seem like he’s new to being Spider-Man and Miles seems like he’s been slanging webs far longer than the OG. I get they’re basically trying to implement that Miles is turning out to be a better Spiderman than Peter but cmon that doesn’t mean just completely nerf him. Instead of making a plot that makes sense they literally said nahh let’s nerf him for this part (Peter was unconscious from night until sunrise after ONE single throw from venom) there’s no way he’s not nerfed.
Doc Ock beat him WITH his ANTI Ock suit🤷🏽♂️ and Spidey definitely got stomped out multiple times the first game. Y’all just pick and choose which games to hate on and complain about
@@shaunavant532 He literally destroys a symbiote brute with ease. Then proceeds to take down TWO symbiote brutes and mow through the rest of the symbiotes. Mind you this all happens within the first couple of hours of him wearing the suit. You mean to tell me all of a sudden when he’s facing Venom he gets weaker? His Anti Symbiote powers got reduced? Like be serious rn bro. They nerfed him for the plot in so many different scenes. I wanna hear your explanation for when Peter was knocked unconscious from night until morning after a single throw from venom. In the first game he took plenty of beatings and got up like a champ using all of his 14 non broken bones. They didn’t have to nerf him
Lore accurate Anti Suit would have wrecked Venom without even trying. Even the Ultimate Spider Man cartoon understood Anti Venom better than this game, Anti Venom almost killed Flash Thompson Agent Venom so much so Flash ended on a wheelchair for a few weeks/months. In the Carnage saga Anti Venom was literally the one who killed the Carnage invasion (sound familiar?) and that was also Harry Osborn.

I prefer to run the anti venom suit style for the black suit just looks cleaner imo. gameplay is fire tho
