My dad is LD Money. Created Organic Country . Kevin has such a unique and beautiful voice. The voice we need know to break this barrier! He could flip the game just like Randy Travis did ! Open so many doors but in the right places! ❤
Loved this song ever since it was on the radio a lot in 2002, and I remember seeing this video a few times on GAC, as well. They absolutely NAILED the mood and the atmosphere when making the video. The main guitar riff that opens the song has that "daydreaming in the city" feel, and I love the beautiful shots of the passing clouds with the skyscrapers below. The fast forwarding editing style during the shots throughout the city are also really cool, and they perfectly represent Kevin still lost in his thoughts about Jessie while everyone else goes about their business.
I set my "Jesse" free to achieve her dreams in 1987. We reconnected in 2000 and I'm NEVER letting her go again! Auburn hair, kiss me green eyes and all but, her name is Laura.
It’s a rare song that climbs into your heart and just won’t let go. I haven’t heard this song come on in years, and yet I went looking for it today because it came to mind yet again. Even better than I remembered.
This song stings like whiskey in a fresh cut. Me and my wife have been separated for 6 years August 20. I think of every day and it still hurts like it was yesterday
My dad Rick LD Money created the band Organic Country! Started at Music Valley! Kevin Denny and him are very close friends. He also helped produce this album. I’m so proud of them all. It needs more credit I completely agree! Country has sold out now ! 🎉
I remember seeing him perform several songs at Douglas Corner in Nashville before he made a major debut. I think he was on stage with Harley Allen. I was very impressed and he reminded me of the late great Keith Whitley.
@@konakona895 Harley Allen is one of the greatest songwriters in the country music business, and his songs were cut by many country singers, including Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, George Jones, and Alison Krauss.
We catch him @ scoreboard bar and grill (they literally have the best hot chicken in the city...I've tried them all) He sings with organic country. every time were in Nashville we check them out. He's great.
My infinity sang this so many times to me and to this day my sweetest most special time and I still love for all of infinity and would work out our life together if we decided to work on it together.
My Nannie Jessie died last year. Today would have been her 89th birthday, and I know this is a love song, but it always makes me think of her. “I know it’s her sweet memory, coming back again”
Are you from Monticello also? Kevin and I hung out a lot in school and he has been to my house several times. He is also an amazing drawer. I am so proud of him!!!!
He's got a great, unique voice. This song is great. But let's ask ourselves: If you had the love of this woman in the video, and lost her, could you even get out of bed in the morning? She's gorgeous. Anyone know who she is?
As 2020 has brought Corona, our country shut down, the murder of George Floyd, now the heartbreaking rioting that has caused thousands in damage, the damaging of the RymanAuditorium, just incredibly heartbreaking......
the most underrated country singer ever!!
I agree completely
Music, unfortunately, isn’t just about how good ya are. Timing, who ya know, who’s backing ya...so many variables.
Im from. Third World country and these the best country song ever
I agree. I still love it. I love the that he is singing about a red head.
I agree 👍
Just saw him last night at the local in Nashville the old boy can sing. Music on the radios nowadays is junk compared to this.

Nashville really should have promoted this man more he has an awesome amazing voice. If they would have done more Kevin Denny would be big.
Dirt road, summer, backseat, wine....memories.

So underrated 😊
In 2024 it still hurts from 2010
Came out in 02’, real country music is timeless.
He is amazing! Reminds me of Keith Whitley.
Crystal Nutgrass that’s a great man to be compared to
Y'all've got the commercials right for each song
About time. Let's here more from Kevin Denny please.
This is a country voice
He's a talented, good Ole boy.
Never played on the radio
If your in Nashville out close to Opryland. You can see him at Nashville Palace or the Scoreboard.
I saw him in this song is brand new I really thought this dude was going to go far man I don't know why he didn't he should have
This is just my opinion but I think Nashville is like anywhere else it's who's attention you catch.

Kevin, come on back and start touring again. you're songs and career ended way too soon. Great stuff man.
This song is like Strawberry Wine for men.
He's got a great, unique voice. This song is great. But let's ask ourselves: If you had the love of this woman in the video, and lost her, could you even get out of bed in the morning? She's gorgeous. Anyone know who she is?
That Keith's son? Sure does look and sounds alot like him. Really good, never heard him before.

Auburn hair is in the red family of hair color
Who inspired the song writer to write this song?
I love this song, I sing it to my wife but I say that's just ami
Do you have "A Year At A Time"?
Sorry. Haven't come across it.
I found it on here, but not the actual music video.
Such a shame how the record companies treated him
OMG
He needs to come back with up to date material. Just my opinion.
Omg Jessie(Jesse)
AP💫
What’s he doing now?
You listen close enough he sounds a lot like Keith Whitley
In my case,it was Sara. I'm a damn fool for not being honest with her, myself and everyone else that knew.
