    in 30 cr u can get a 400 yards villa in gk2 which is one of the best areas in south delhi , so why would someone spend that much money in gurgaon leaving south delhi behind that also just for a floor when u can get complete land ownership

    30 lac per month
    How many people are without house if he or she is earning 1 cr monthly
    This is totally black money investment

    30 Cr ki FD @ 8.2 % will give me 2.5 crore.
    This 2.5 crore multiplied by 12 years will give me 30 cr again.
    Within 12 years, I will get 30 crore again.
    But if I buy this property for 30 crore, I will get only 6 crore appreciation after 12 years.
    Now compare FD for 30 cr vs property for 30 cr.
    Upar se is property ka annual maintenance laga lo 5-6 lakhs per Annum.
    Koi chutiya hi kharidega ise

      Bhai jab tum aise FD kar kar k 30-30 crore kama loge tab jitne Ameer ho jaaoge utne Ameer log khareed lenge isey. Bhai har kisi ne Paisa sirf invest nahi karna hota, spend bhi karna hota hai, 100s of crores ki yatch bhi toh bikti hai, unhe bhi jaake samjhaoge k FD Kara lo? Nahi bhai

      Consider 30% TDS on FDs plus this kind of apartment will be more expensive than today due to inflation.
