Under very stressful circumstances I did this spell 2 months ago for a specific place I wanted to rent and I got it. But before the move in date an even better place manifested which I gratefully move into this weekend. For me the most important part of the spell was taking a decent amount of time choosing the right tree/location to place the nest in which I let my gut lead me too. Sheltered, safe and surrounded by other trees. Bless you so much Scott! I now have a wonderful 'nest' to live and do art in.

I won’t lie. I was at my breaking point when I did this Spell. On the verge of becoming homeless, extremely depressed, and in an abusive relationship. Absolutely desperate. I definitely could not get hung up on a specific style of home or a certain neighborhood, which would have sabotaged my needs. Just in dire straights.

Where did you get your nests from?
Hi! I just made it from dried grass. You could always make some from raffia from the dollar store. Some people find an abandoned nest which is really magical. It’s really what you connect to. But I always believe the more effort you put into it. The stronger the result will be.

This worked for us, and so quickly! My little girls and I put our little "nest" together this weekend. We walked in the woods and "planted" it in a secure little spot just this afternoon, after putting our hands on it, setting our intentions, and releasing them out into the universe. I think this is especially important to understand and exercise if you have children. Because they watch everything we do. Even when we think we’re hiding things from them like a bad marriage? They’re literally imprinting on every little tiny emotional and psychological nuance that they experience. So setting an example for those around you can be a very positive thing also. Sometimes we need others to motivate us especially when we are starting at a place of lower self-esteem or self neglect. Just don’t get in the habit of always finding your motivation for external or St. Louis reasons. Lol!

You know I always find it both fascinating and disheartening. How people are so afraid of empowerment. For me personally the most empowering thing is taking personal responsibility for my choices. Instead of blaming other people. Because most of the time if you were an adult? They were red flags or intuitions or obvious circumstances that we chose that put us in crappy circumstances. Often we learn to live miserable from our parents. And often that is a chain of dysfunction passed down through abuse addiction and poor mental health for generations! So take your power back. Get a journal dedicated to your plan. And have more than one plan. And do everything you can to take personal responsibility and action to re-create a happy home and life for yourself. Be brutally honest but kind to yourself. Mistakes are just the road to perfecting ourselves.

So.Ita be hypocritical of me not to point out the poor grammar. Or communication. And yes, of course it’s similar to the law of attraction. But often the law of attraction does not mix physical magic with psychological or mind power exercises. So no, it’s not the same thing. As for my energy? It’s going to be hard to let go of the precious bird’s nest I have that is made from my beloved mustang’s hair, but I feel like it would be a really powerful exercise in letting go and trusting. Thank you. It took me years to find the right therapist. I was going to regular therapist and just not getting that level of understanding in the tools I needed to heal from my childhood experience. If you venture into therapy I highly recommend finding a trauma therapist. It’s a very specific school of therapy. I found out almost a year ago after suffering from us 10 years and being at every specialist you can imagine that all of my fatigue pain etc. was coming from lyme disease! So if you spend any amount of time out in nature. Live in an area with lots of ticks. Or have pets. And you’re suffering from the symptoms I have listed. Demand a test. Now at least I know I’m not crazy. And I have something to focus on. To start healing.

Ty. I have it on my list. TH-cam is such a strange connection to the world. Especially during humanities modern soul sickness. I do the channel to monetize my pain. And share wisdom. The wisdom of a well rounded and eclectic life. Showing people that you may yes indeed. Create and control your quality of life to a much greater degree than most of us will claim control of. some people subscribe to my page for gardening wisdom. And they always want more gardening videos. Many people subscribe for the do it yourself repairs or decorating on home improvement. A handful for the art and the rest for magic. But people are so funny and frightened of the unfamiliar. often when I post information or an experience about something that people are afraid of unfamiliar with. They unsubscribe. Even when I post about my art. Which is actually the most important thing in my life to me. Making and creating and contributing beauty and awareness through art in the world. I think the reason I haven’t posted more power of the mind videos. Is that I’ve observed that mainly people want to control others more than they want to control themselves. And often they want easy solutions to difficult answers. And I just don’t want to waste time misleading people into the reality that life will always has easy fixes.

I feel that magic always thrives in places where people struggle and have lost their personal power. I think this is also why often magic is more prevalent in women than men. Which is a good thing and a bad thing. With my mother she just couldn’t take her personal power back in her life. She was trapped because of her age, socioeconomic class. And a combination of mental illness and age. So she turned to her imagination. There’s a lot of imagination involved in magic.

Hello dear. That is a lot. LOL. You could grid the property. Using a wire wrap selenite black tourmaline and a little turquoise make for hanging amulets. And hang them somewhere secure at the four corners of the property. This helps to set up a protective grid. And will keep negative energy from entering the zone. The builders. Hmmmm- I think I would do a lemonade spell? Meaning as you make the most delicious picture of homemade lemonade you hold the water and infuse into it with your emotions. Hard work trust quality love everything you want from these men into that lemonade. And say everything sour now become sweet as you add the sugar and stir it. Save this seven times because you’re going to send it into the seven directions. North south east west up down and within. Then served this lemonade to the Construction crew and manager.

I literally JUST SAID THE SAME THING yesterday!! Here I am homeless with my son, last family member recently passed on, so no support system anymore, homeless, and about to lose my car because I have no help with my son now so I can’t work- and I’m TERRIFIED! I said to my friend how I see crazy mean people have everything and all I do is help and love and spread love, and I continue falling flat on my face
I have this lifetime friend. We’ve known each other for over 30 years. In her childhood, she suffered some abuse. And then was also raped on her first date at 14. And basically when she asked for help, she was blamed and told to suck it up because it was the 1960s. my friend eating disorder. But was an incredibly loving kind person. She was so powerfully benevolent and especially loved caring for injured and disabled animals and they would live well past their life expectancy. The thing is, she became more and more and more ill though. Disabled.used abused, etc. The fact is she had endless love for everyone and everything except herself. And this is what manifested in her life.
I could disrespect you and treat you with pity. Or I can be direct with you. Obviously, there was a series of decisions you made that have brought you to this place. In order to move on and not make those same mistakes you need to develop some self-awareness. I believe we are no better than the rest of the animals on this planet. And if you were a nature, you would simply have to survive or thrive. You would have to solve learn to hunt and gather and make it happen without any time for wasting time or self-pity. if I were you, I would focus all my energy on finding as many resources as quickly as I could. In the fact that you have a child? You need to find some childcare because not working is not an option. I would join church talk to social services Hustle! You do whatever you have to do to get back on the ladder. I think everyone knows it’s the woman especially these days who pays the price and is left with all the responsibility. This is why I believe in a woman’s choice. Because excepting the responsibilityfor another. Is a huge undertaking!

I never stopped trusting people though and wanting to pour love and honesty over them to show them that’s the better way to live but that is ultimately what singled me out and created a target on my back- it’s almost as though the evil has already overcome the good and we, the light givers, are just waiting to go home now. Maybe I’ve been so beaten down that I can’t see my path anymore which I wouldn’t argue with that but after having been knocked down repeatedly without any solace? It helps me feel that all I had to go through and fight through was for a good reason at least- to help others
@@ScottRiddleArtist I always appreciate directness and honesty and don’t take your comment in a negative light but a positive one and yes you’re right, I never truly got a good start in life as I grew up with a drug addicted mother who threw me out at 16 years old a week after my dad passed away so really it was my “friends” and the street that I grew up in and I am not lying when I say it’s been a true BATTLE trying to re-train my way of thinking and talking and acting even to get by as a “normal” person and as a good mom. I get zero help from the Dad and not for lack of trying either but my son is my strength and I won’t stop fighting to give him a better life, better then what I was given as a child, until my last breath because that’s what he deserves! I’m currently working on obtaining my social security card to begin working, as I have found a truly good couple who want to help us and are willing to help me with my son, which is a true gift! My son is disabled and is not easy sometimes so I’ve ran into issues with daycares due to their lack of screening and hiring whoever applies instead of people who know how to handle kids with adhd, autism, and slow developmental disabilities! But I have been truly blessed by having met this beautiful couple! I’ll update once in a while if you want!

Good question- sometimes you use the opposite of clockwise to undo an energy and then a clockwise motion to exact it. I will have to watch the video again to see exactly what you’re pointing out. Lol because I did this quite a few years ago. Usually though when you’re on doing some thing you go backwards. And then a clockwise motion to set change.
First of all I would like to thank you for this wonderful spell that you shared with us. What about us who live in an urban environment? It’s hard for us to find trees for nests and don’t get ruined by others.
That’s a tricky one right? I always say with art and with life. Observe nature. Unless there’s absolutely no birds live. But even the most urban places there’s pigeons right? Are they nesting? When you focused intentional spell work. The power isn’t you not in the object. And the more intention and individual creativity you put into how you craft the ritual. The stronger your results will be.
I am looking for my own place right now as I am renting a room from a friend (which she uses as store room and does dont respect my privacy and upped the rent $50 extra a week), unfortunately i live in an area where there is a shortage of places to live and where the rent is so high that I have not been able to find/afford to have my own place. Hey Scott! I loved this spell. What if you cannot get to a place outside to place the nest? Is there an alternative? Or if you did place the spell in a tree outside, what if someone finds it? Will that harm the spell or undo it?
Hello Robin. So I believe a spell is all about the individual and their creativity and how they craft it. I believe that it should be somewhere that only nature and the invisibles can interact with it. Because humans always mess things up! Lol OL. That being said. As you know many city birds put their nests in nooks and crannies and crevices up around buildings and houses. So just like with art. Let nature be your teacher. Hope that was helpful! As many details as you can put down the better. But you may want to phrase it on or before. 1 August. There’s no right or wrong way just as long as you’re really putting a lot of energy and intention into your focus. And details details details!

Thank you SO much for this video! Question, although you said you could make your own nest, what about if I created a nest out of paper? I can draw pretty well, so what if I drew the nest and then just cut it out and formed it into a nest shape? Kinda like a 3D arts and crafts project if you can picture it? I know magic is all about intentions, but I’m wondering would this approach still be feasible?
that actually could be even better than a natural nest. It’s all about your intention and how much focus and energy you put into that intention. More than the physical objects. So by crafting a nest, so intentionally and lovingly. It would be a superior instrument of manifestation.

hi. I tried to respond to you before but I think I responded to someone else’s comment by accident. OK so there’s no right or wrong way when you’re working your own personal power. You do have to be intentful though. The idea of the nest. Is that it’s the hope and reality of safety and new opportunities and a new life being born from an energetic egg. with a wasp nest? You’ll have to sort out what type of energy that would be in relation to a new home.

Hello - that’s that’s the beautiful thing about spell work and manifestation. There’s no truly right or wrong way of doing anything as long as you do it carefully and really think it through. If you’re comfortable with that method. I would say yes. Energetically though. It feels like you would be destroying an intention before it had a chance to mature or manifest. But often people do you spell work in Relation to letting go of things. Which they were burn the paper and disperse the ashes in the wind.

That there’s a reason for it and that we’re actually being protected and not punished. So I would revisit the details of your request. Are you sure that you are financially ready for what you are manifesting? Are you sure that you’re moving or want to move for the right reasons and not trying to avoid some thing versus progress into something? Have you been open to any of the signs that have come to you in the past six months that may have been different from where or what you were expecting? Perhaps an opportunity to move to a completely different state or country? That frightens you? Manifestation is a spiritual and complex process.

Does the nest have to be a birds nest. Just wondering. I have an empty wasp nest in btwn a window and a screen that had a medium sized hole in it. The little stinkers made a pretty big nest and I observed them coming and going all of last summer and never removed tge nest even after they left. The nest is beautiful and so well thought out. I've heard that wasps may return to their nests and I'd prefer that NOT happen-as beautiful as it is. 🤣

i’ve personally never used a wasps nest. My only concern would be how do you feel emotionally about wasps? I love wasps but they tend to be aggressive and a bit out of control when angry or protecting their nest. So I’m uncertain how that energy would transfer in regards to finding a peaceful place to live. LOL. But if you have no fear of wasps and perhaps you see them as protectors? Or focus on their other positive attributes. What I always tell everyone it’s a beautiful thing about magic is it’s how things work with your emotions and magical thinking. So truly there’s no right or wrong way besides the details. And no limits to our imaginations. So if you could work out all the details in regards to making that wasp nest work for you in a positive way. I think that could be some good powerful magic! That actually excites me

A wasp nest sounds really interesting. You just have to remember your intention though. The idea of using a birds nest is that your hope is a fertile egg that will hatch and bring forth the reality of your intentions. You’ll have to figure out for yourself how those intentions would be recalibrated into a wasp nest scenario. But it sounds very interesting. It could be really powerful. Sounds like it would be really good for launching a book sale or a business.

you should definitely try. What do you have to lose? But I always like to keep myself open for something even better. I like the idea that I’m always being protected. And that sometimes when things don’t work out for me? They actually are working out for me. because the circumstance would’ve been less than awesome. Sorry I am only asking because the land(s) are assessed at $50K but you have to bid on it, and I want something as cheap as possible but be able to give my 2 girls their forever home.
Land is a tricky one. Not the spell part. But the practical part. Make sure you do your research in regards to flood zones. Landslide zones easy access to creating a well. Electricity, gas, etc. There’s so much more to buying land to live on then just obtaining the land.
You have to get creative with this one. I would get a copy of the plat map. Or whatever shows the plot of land. And then yes, I think the same method could be used.

You could do that. But I always put my exact intention and then add or something better. In my life’s journey often when I was focused on the thing, I thought was the best for me? I was blind to the fact that something even better was going to be presented to me. you just don’t want to close your options. But definitely start with the exact address you want. But don’t be afraid to write in… Or something even better.

hello. This question is asked a lot. Take a little time to read my replies to others that have asked this question. The thing that’s important to know about manifestation, magic, or prayer. It’s not some thing else that has the power. You’re just using an object to focus your minds energy through to create a different reality. Or circumstance. Birds are very clever when they make their nest. Especially in this modern world. Often the nest is lined with yarn fiber and even plastics! You can make a nest. It’s more about your intent and how much focus and Effort you put into it. Rather than having an authentic Birdsnest. And there were birds in the city. Have you ever observed them? Have you ever seen how clipper they are where they put their nests? Again… The people with the best results are the people who put the most effort into the process. Good luck!
