To keep your skin healthy, this is what worked for me: In the morning, cleanse your face thoroughly. Opt for a mild and gentle face wash such as the riceberry facewash from littleexttra and then follow with moisturizing your face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Don't wash your face too many times in a day. Only cleanse it in the morning and before bed. Ensure to moisturize your face throughout the day. And don't forget sunscreen even when you are at home. White patches on the skin can develop when the skin is dry and exposed to the sun. Therefore, it's important to keep your skin hydrated and shield it from excessive sun exposure.

This riceeberry is certainly one of the best face wash I've used. It's very gentle and soothing for sensitive skin.
Very informative.. As per my knowledge people said if you have acne and breakout you must use facewash which contains Scyclic acid. I tried all of them which are in the video and as per your review it works same.. I am not happy with clean and clear.. And one of my friend suggest Neutrogena but it will not help if you have any serious acne.. Himalaya is best. I have question so instead of go to the Scyclic acid fcewash can I continue with himalaya?

I was suffering from pus red color acne on my cheeks near my nose
With small pimples deep into my skin on my forehead chin and skin near my ear
I took adoxa (doxycycline) for one month with clindamycin phosphate cream
(My back arms chest were also having small pimples in both winters and summer)
It really reduced my acne on chest and back and my redness gone
But still now I get pimples big pus type on my skin
Should I take adoxa again for month?
And what should I do for pimples underneath my skin which doesn't show

Combination skin type needs a good brand of moisturiser, face wash and a sunscreen which is neither too drier nor too oily. You can try any good brand like bioderma or avene.

The moisturizer will depend on your type of skin.
If the skin is oily you can use a gel based moisturizer and if it's dry you can use a hylaronic based, glycerine based moisturizer.

Use facewashes containing hydrating ingrediends like glycerin, hyaluronic acid, and pbotanical oils and butters. Look for key words such as moisturizing, hydrating, nourishing, and softening for dry or dehydrated skin. Don't forget to moisturise your skin after washing your face.
