he killed educated people and western people like french and other people like vietnamese people even when he saw a man wearing glasses he thought he was a western spy and trying to spread western propaganda and killed babies by ramming them on trees this horror ended after invaded cambodia in 1978 and overthrow his regime and he escaped to thailand after that china and thailand tried to stop vietnam but they failed and the war lately was called third indochina war
