Viking Cruises' Viking Orion Full Ship Tour

Viking Ocean Cruises launched its fifth ship, Viking Orion, in June 2018. Here is a full ship tour of this 930-passenger cruise ship. We had one of the first cruises on Viking Orion during our cruise in the Mediterranean.

I have been on over 50 cruises on countless ships and the best experience my wife and I have ever had was on a Viking repositioning cruise. 15 nights of utter luxury without any pretense. Classy accommodations with tons of open space. We NEVER felt crowded. I cannot wait for out next cruise on Viking.

I've been on two cruises with Viking one on the Viking Sea and one on the Viking Star. I've done the ice bucket on both. It's invigorating. Soak in the thalassotherapy pool, take some time in the steam room, then a few minutes in the snow grotto. You would think it would be freezing, but it's not. It livens you up. Top it off with the water bucket. Trust me, the anticipation is much worse than the actual water. Just yank the chain as soon as you get in or you'll never make it. When that water hits you it only lasts for a second, but it lets you know you're alive. After that, there's nothing left but to slide into the hot tub and enjoy life! Viking is the way to go.

Thanks much. The ship is actually very spacious, especially when passengers are ashore for their excursions like the were when I dod most of my filming. It also was the very first sailing and not a full ship. Thanks for watching and commenting.
