Some group of economists have projected that both the U.S and parts of Europe could slip into a recession for a portion of 2023. 1.8 Billion makes sense. India today on average loses 10 million people per year due to natural cause or illness. So in 200 years they would lose 10million x 200 years = 2 billion people. Imagine 1757 - 1947 times when India didn't have any healthcare like today and life expectancy was much much shorter with mass malnourish (Bengal Famine + 63 other major famines) and were forced to work to their very bones losing their lives in the process.

Acoording to western news media and over 400 Indian news media paid by the USA, China's growth of 5.5% has been very dispoointed and the Chinese eocnomy is going to collapse.
While the EU as a whole grew 1.1% with Germany a huge growth of 0.4% and the UK with 0.3% and the great USA at 2% were exceptional growth accorrding to western news media.
USA will grow 2.4% for the next five years.
India is only to grow 5.5% next year and China 4-5%.

Let me put this into persecptive in terms of dollars in 2023 so far.
At China's 5.5%, China made 900 billion
At USA 2%, USA made 480 billion
At India's 6.4%, India made about 200 billion

As for the USA, its economy is fake so any number is fake-why do I say that. USA prints money and that printing props up the economy-that growth is artificial. For example, if you borrow 1000 dollars and spend that, you get some of the things you want for now but when time to pay you will need to pay up. USA pritning money is propping up USA to 2%; it was supposed to be -0.1. Now, I am for all countires to grow but if you type China's growth all western media and these Indian news media make it sound like China is done forever. I understand that hate but these types of news media have no integrity. If 5.5% is bad what about Germany at 0.4 percent? You can call 5.5% bad but what about USA at 2.0% with printing money?

When population decline, share of wealth is higher per capita. Work is taken up by AI and robotics of which China is not short of. Look at small population states in the Nordic region. India on the other hand is suffering from population explosion resulting in suffering for its inhabitants.

Even a 4.5% GR is very good on such a huge base. China may slow down but still would be a great economy by size and the population is falling.India needs lot of catching up to sustain its huge population and hence should consistently aim to grow @ 7 to 8% YOY for several years.
