2:19 the EXIT red light is very scary in dark!
Welcome to lleH
Nah this is what I call purgatory
The 9252 in the beginning seems to have replaced a dead 9219 at some point.
That seems about right
So the 9252 is pretty much a freerunning TrueAlert made specifically for retrofitting.
0:11 it sounds like a Simplex Truealert
It really does
This has the same horn as the TrueAlert. It's meant to retrofit/replace the older 4903-9219/9236 series of devices.
Isn't that the design that the ceiling mount TrueAlerts have? Except this one has wall mount fire lettering?
Please welcome the simplex symphony orchestra!!!
All the mechanical horns then that ONE electronic horn
The alarms sound old
Very likely from 1995 or closer to that.
Those are the exact same horns that were in my high school. If you listen carefully sometimes you can hear a swarm of bees. LOL!
I wonder if they ever got the strobes fixed so they sync i wouldnt let anybody be in there while they are going off
I love it! Good old Mechanical and Electronic horns because the first horn was electric, it was probably to replace a crappy horn.
Yeah, it was obviously one of the current-production Simplex 4903 horn/strobes that use the TrueAlert sounder, meant to replace failed 1990s 4903 horn/strobes from the 1990s.
This is like my school. 3 buzzers in the hallways set to constant with simplex T cross pulls. If anyone's curious the buzzers have the flash in the middle with slots on either side.
Faraday 6120??
Simplex 4903-9252 at the beginning and 4903-9219s in the rest of the building.
Warren Central has a system of Simplex fire alarms, set to either code 3 or continuous.
3:10 a 4004..
At the beginning it sounded like an orchestra playing.
Ahh sounds like 3AM freshman year
