Unable to open its memory card slot. Screw remove but plastic unable to come outside

The thing won’t connect wirelessly or wired to my network. It fails during the “detect network security config” and during the wireless detection every time. I’m sure they’re on the same 2.4ghz network. The lights are indicating proper working order.

To respond to your comment, the reason we used the wall anchors is because they came with the packaging and were part of the installation process. We wanted to give a full step by step process to installing and securing your camera. The anchors may not have been needed but added extra strength to this particular camera when installing it vs the 2nd camera we installed around the back of the property. All in all, you can install the camera how it best suits you, but we recommend using all the necessary parts during installation.

How long is the power supply

The power supply was around 6-8 feet, we ran the power supply to the inside and commented them to an extension cord. Hope this helps.
