Olise will play for France eventually. Madueke maybe we can get him but I see him holding out as long as possible for an England callup just like Eze did. I am over these foreign borns who to me are overhyped. We need to focus more on our home-grown players. The likes of Eletu, Akinsanmiro, Ayaosi, Ademo, Nathan Tella can bring creativity to the midfield. They need to be groomed and encouraged. Give them experience and they will do well for Nigeria. If Madueke wants to join us great if not we move on. We also need to restructure our youth teams from u17 upwards. Most of our best players came from the U17s and u20s.
Well I think we should always make the effort to get as many options as we can just like England does capping as many players as they can even if they don't eventually use them. We will gain some and loose some which is normal but the more options we have internationally as well as locally...the better we are
We have the likes of Okechukwu Azubike of Rizespor and Obinna Nwobodo of fc Cincinnati and many others out there . I think the coaches are not putting enough efforts into the search for midfielders.
@@joe90jacob57 yes, I totally agree. Till date our best performing team @ the world stage, 1994, were majorly home based. A Functional unbaised scouting system was involved.
You guys keep hyping the home base as if they are up to the level of these boys. These boys u see here have a better potential due to the environment around them to grow. All dose home base can't match the Europeans and south Americans. We need to work on our administrative side to make improvement.
exactly we don't want to depend on them
Well said but let me add that we need to work on our administrative side of things. If we can get one of our respected players to be a technical administrator, it gives us leverage to lure players like olise and co to nigeria. You cannot be using an unknown person in football to lure players when other nations are using legends to lure. We also need to look at salary payment and facilities too. All these are factors.
Just my take.
Great submission!...especially the suggestions about using ex players to lure players
Well said
Give a coach like Emmanuel Amunike the opportunity. Pay him the same way you would pay a white coach and give him a free hand and all this nonsense we are talking will be a thing of the past.

Carney Chukwuemeka of Chelsea is another creative player
Yes he is. He however plays mostly as a wide forward. Not sure he has the strength, aggression and work rate for Central midfield
@@GreaterNationSportshe actually does I think he is more of a 8 than an Attacking Midfield he has actually improved his Output but Creativity still needs work
@@GreaterNationSportsI’m a Chelsea fan and he doesn’t play as a wide forward, he’s an attacking midfielder
Ovie Ejaria is the man!!!
Victor Eletu who plays for AC Milan Youth Team is also a gem
Check out the new video as he plays more in the holding/ defensive midfield position
Great scouting work here.
Many thanks!
you are making sense bro
Gracias!
This Ejaria I've been following since his days at Liverpool youth team... Looks promising
He is 25 already too don't know why he is still at Reading 😭
he's dope!!!
players that deserve mentioning includes curtis jones of liverpool, carney chukwuemeka and lesley ugochukwu of chelsea, under 20players at the just concluded worldcup
Madueke is a winger and we dont need wingers; Moses Simon and Chukwueze are even better.
What we need are playmakers in midfield like Eze or Olise(if he is played in #10).
If that cant be achieved we need to switch to a back3 formation and rely on creativity from the wingbacks
Ethan Nwaneri will be a very good addition now before he gets attention from England NT
Chukwueze is a very bad player. He's not better please
Madueke has played as a playmaker in the past and is an option just like Olise
@@emmanueletuk199Carney is not a bad player at all, I’m a Chelsea fan I watch him regularly and he’s one of our best young players
We need them
I doubt if those 2 you mentioned got a single goal or more than 1 assist combined
The more the merrier
We really don't have any playmakers. Iwobi & Nwakali are the only creative midfielders we have.
Its the footballing authorities that are the problem. If the footballing authorities of Nigeria get their $#!t together Nigeria will be a better footballing nation!
Ibrahim Olawoyin should be the new numbef 10
He can definitely fit in nicely. He may however be needed on the right wing. I believe he is interchangeable with Iwobi in either position but let's see him play first for the Super Eagles
I am avaliable sign i can play any play making role.
We have good players but we don't have good coaches who can scout players😢😢😢
You can say that again. Having credible coaches is the only way to lure top quality foreign born talent to play for the Super Eagles
We still need a playmaker and a better defensive midfielders
Agreed
I wish findi George can see this
I believe he probably knows most of these players but I believe he has been given a mandate to look for local players. It is unfortunate we might not see many fight to bring in new foreign talent during his tenure. Maybe things might change if we qualify or the World Cup
Olise will be the best👌
while Ejaria will seat incase Olise has injury in any game
You cannot beat them in their game. Use the best home base players.
Mikel is probably the Most decorated African Player to Play in the top 5 Leagues in Europe! If you have an African player with more medals & Trophies, Please share....thanks . lol
You're very wrong. Eto'o achieved more. Yaya Toure too.
Nigeria has a very poor coach presently that he hasn't called up any new addition to the super eagles, iwobi, etebo, aribo, are of poor forms at club levels, we have world class players and should be brought to the team not old and unserious players and bench wormer
Very disappointing really. We will continue to present options available to Nigeria with subsequent videos.. There are even more options getting playing time than those in this video
We have the likes of Okechukwu Azubike, ibrahim olawoyin of Rizespor and Obinna Nwobodo of fc Cincinnati and many others out there . I think the coaches are not putting enough efforts into the search for midfielders.
It's also possible they are just comfortable with what they know and most likely know about these players. Bright Osayi Samuel is a classic example that proves that we can never know how good they could be for the Super Eagles until they are given the chance
@@GreaterNationSports correct. Bright Osayi has really surprised me
obinna nwobodo deserves a place in the squad
@@babagbalemotilewa6972 absolutely bro
You didn't include Carney Chukwuemeka
Carney Chukwuemeka is a wide forward
@@GreaterNationSports what of curtis jones of liverpool and lesley ugochukwu of chelsea
The Nigerian FA are too corrupt that we keep getting turned down by players in diaspora…
Ps- Most of these Nigerian Players that turned to England never get too many playing time.
Well all this makes sense but i can assure you nff is serious we have even better home based players if our football process os developed
They probably do but it is more likely they leave that responsibility to the coach alone which is not ideal
Yea nigeria football just need to be developed,i know for a fact we have better players than those in europe not even given a chance,we just pray to God on anything concening this country cos if its talent we have the best
Well documented piece
Thanks !

Uwc
Kamavinga of Brazil? Really?
Ejaria Is the best
Just forget about oliseh. The guys maturity and a no nonsense attitude thrills the English FA and his teammates. Someone that hardly gets excited or celebrates his goals. His charisma and charm is way bigger than the nigeria 🇳🇬 FA...no need make una rest for oliseh matter 😂 no low hopes much more higher hopes
Hudson Odoi plays for England now. He can no longer play for Ghana.
Thanks for the pointing that out
Ugochukwu and Chukwuemeka from chelsea as well.
Yeah...already covered in an earlier video. Check out the other video
England should also give us Bellingham
...lol
Barkley & Alli both played fir England. And Eze has not yet played for England so theres still a chance there. Olise is still there to be wooed too. Carney Chukwuemeka too. Nice video but some facts are wrong.
I believe Eze has played for England but we still have a narrow chance of getting Micheal Olise. Maybe he'll have a rethink if we win the Nations Cup
Alli and Barkley played for England none for USA
Our error! Thanks for clearing that up
Eze made a mistake he will not play for England
We wish him good luck
Azin
Kamavinga is not Brazilian
I want to see him LEAVE NAPOLI,period
If you know how the so called NFF are doing you guys will tell INEC sorry 😅, you think they are not seeing those guys, no money no jessy😅
Hmmm
Truth be told. They bring in politics to d national team
Chukwueze is better than all these players
There is no doubt about Chukwueze's talent but what is his final product and how consistent he is is the issue
Sam edozie
Sam Edozie is a left winger and we may feature him at some point when we talk about the wings
