    Gongura Prawns
    Ingredients:-
    Prawns - 400g(peeled)
    Gongura/ Sorrel Leaves- 2 bunches
    Garlic- 9 cloves
    Green chillies- 7
    Mustard- 1/2 tsp
    Red chillies- 2
    Cumin - 1/4 tsp
    Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
    Onion- 2
    Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
    Coriander powder- 1 tsp
    Garam masala - pinch
    Method:-
    Marinate prawns with turmeric, chilli powder, salt. In a pan add oil, and cook the prawns in small batches as shown.
    In the same pan add garlic, green chillies, Gongura leaves and sauté it. Once the leaf turns mushy switch off the flame and let it cool and then grind into a fine paste.
    In the same pan add oil, mustard, red chillies, cumin, onion, salt and sauté the onions till they turn transparent. Then add curry leaves,
    Chilli powder, coriander powder, pinch of garam masala and sauté it. Now add prepared Gongura paste and cook till oil oozes out from the gravy. Adjust salt and add sautéed prawns.
    Serve it hot with Rice
