6:06 Making the wrong decision and been EXTRA right!!! Soft 18 vs 10 even multi card is a hit would’ve gotten 21! But didn’t you notice the 7 came out for the next hand? It means it would’ve been a push!!! Wow!!!
@@williamfunggoldenoldiesfan6758 I must have missed that one You seem to have a great eye for sticking to basic strategy Any other tips to improve my gameplay?
@@blackjackandmore6774 On a hit soft 17 table double down a soft 19 ONLY AGAINST a dealer 6! But in a stand 17 game stay on all soft 19s!!! The reason why you double soft 19 vs 6 is because in a hit soft 17 game the sneaky ace the dealer has results in sometimes a win since the dealer can bust that hand! Which shifts the odds slightly to doubling down that soft 19! Where as a stand 17 game you have the chance to not make a hand after doubling so if the dealer shows an ace you are instantly lost instead of not lost yet on an H 17 game! The reason to double is you are NOT looking to improve your hand with an Ace or a deuce, it’s because you have to imagine the dealers got a 10 in the hole and is going to bust!!! Which means your just doubling to put more money on the table, that’s it!!!
@@blackjackandmore6774another mistake I have seen people make is that they DOUBLE FOR LESS soft 19 vs a 6 in a H 17 game!!! But they are costing themselves HUGE EV if they do that!!! If you want to double a soft 19 on a dealer 6 in a hit 17, double for the full amount ONLY! If you are scared then just STAND!!! But NEVER EVER STRAIGHT UP HIT A SOFT 19, it’s either double down or stand!!!
