I run a vs4-10 chassis too, but mostly stock. I found that my low profile servos had issues with clearance. I sanded down the mounts a bit to lower (1.5mm) it to get it clear the rails. got to make sure its nice in even or the servos won't sit right tho. Not sure if that may help with your hard pan mount issue, if you have any clearance to lower the servo. Nice build. I want to experiment with lowering mine too after I get a body built.

Instead of drilling another hole further back on your pan hard mount. You can use spacers.

Use spacers? If i used spacers on this mount it would drop the panhard down, which i did do to allow the servo arm room to clear at full steer to the driver side. Still wasnt enough to room at full throw to the driver and thats why i drilled and tapped another hole. If i used spacers on the panhard at the axle side the panhard bar will be in the way of the steering link at full steer passenger.

On the servo horn, try the VP 20mm one. It fits that chassis perfectly. The recommend that one for all the vs4 rigs.
Good start on your C1 by the way. I need to get back on mine so its ready for scale nats in april. Bout to get my gspeed v3 phoenix done for C3

Oh right on, Scale nationals is in my list to do someday. The protek servo arm im using in the video is about 20mm. I have 2 options at this point, 1) try the 24 mm servo arm to get more throw to the driver side and be able to keep the steering link the length it is. Or 2) shorten the steering link a bit and move servo horn towards the passenger side a tooth or 2 on the servo. I would lile to keep the link length in order to not get the bumpsteer through the suspension cycle. We shall see shortly.

i cant recall, but i think i had samix high clearance titanium links on my VS410 Origin build with a toyzuki FMM/Tcase... no issues
