Hi! @BC TV It's hard for me to recommend one game over the other, both games are really good and it depends on which type of cars you like driving the most. If I had to pick one it would be ACC I love GT3 cars and the game is way more simulated than the F1 games. I'm sure which ever one you decide to buy you'll have fun with it. Hope this helps.
