I dont get why you did this video, you didnt really explain anything you just read off the screen. A better way of ''explaining' would've been to show in game examples of how these playing styles. are played out. Alot of the time i barely notice some of them. Especially ones like prolific winger.

Prolific winger, means that when you have the ball on the other wing, you'll notice the winger on the other side cut in and either be available to pass to on end of box or they may get on the end of a cross.

LMAO, that's because I'm guessing your that shit team that plays in red. It's called a rival, therefore those games are always mental. Take the L and move along :P - either that or you'll have to play your ass off, attack effectively and defend like an absolute beast. Those rival games are always difficult for me too. I'd go with 4123 - (1DM, 2 CM) conservative defending, all out defence.... but don't change it if it affects team spirit too much as this will just make your life even harder and they won't obey your tactics properly anyway.
I think these playing styles only affect how many and what exactly training points players gain. I didn't see any differences after some of my players changed their playing style. Maybe that's because I prefer Flexible attack tactics and I use Centering Targets in Advanced Tactics, so this also can (I think) overwrite, f.e., Profilic Winger's cutting style - they just wait for the cross and no matter if my L(R)WF or SS has Profilic Winger, Dummy Runner or Creative Playmaker playing style. Or Extra Frontman - it can be triggered by choosing who should join attack in Game Plan - nobody needs to have EF playing style. Same with Offensive Fullbacks - can be set in Advanced Tactics or by Fluid Formation on and make them L(R)WF when in possession. I think I didn't see players with Offensive Fullbacks charge until I tell them to do so via Advanced Tactics or Fluid Formation.
Andrzej Sitko Hi mate, I play false full backs and with a defensive full back, they just don't go forward compared to offensive. That was definitely noticeable for me. The defensive prowess stat would affect this too. Anchor role is another one that really stands out and Dummy Runner. Fox in box v Goal poacher... hard to notice difference. Prolific wingers tend to end up in the box when the opposite winger has the ball in a crossing position.... but as all my wingers are prolific... it might just happen anyway.
Andrzej Sitko I think fluid will override but haven't really checked. The only reason I noticed defensive full back style was having an affect when my RB wouldn't go forward but my LB was filling the false full back position during a stream, when I checked to see what could've been causing it, it was his defensive fullback playing style.
I'm new to the game but one thing I noticed is to start the game, all my CF barely made runs behind the opponent's defense, but once I got Mbappe, "hole player," he constantly makes runs for through balls. At least, I think he does. Or maybe I just notice it more because he's so much faster than the crap CF's I had before that the through balls actually work for once sometimes so it just seems like he does it way more? I dont know. But I thought I noticed a difference.

Whatc does the L2 button do in PS4? Seems the ball is controlled closly and a small what pointer appears but no one seems tot alka bout using it? BTW, love your vids, keep up the good work☺
Hi mate, that's the manual button. It can be used for manual passing, shooting or through balls. Manual means full control and wherever you aim left stick, is where the pass, through ball or shot will go. Useful for shooting with players weak at finishing. Cheers bro

Great video as always spoon, but i agree that if you where to test a little what a "Prolific winger" trait actually does to a player in game, it would be awsome. And if anybody is wondering i found out through a PES forum that you have to play a specific role with the player before the playing style will take effect. Only problem is that its was PES 15, 16 or 17 (can't remember) and i assume it is outdated. I stumbled on the truth accidentally while doing some editing inn the editor data option. If you go to edit a player and edit his playing style, a list will be presented where you can see what role you would have to put him in, in order for it to work. Example: Destroyer = DMF or CMF. Don't think it depends on the preferred position your player has but rather the position you play him in. Example: I have a CB with the destroyer trait, but in order for it to "kick in" I would have to play him in DMF or CMF, but Im not a 100% sure on that. As for the question: what they actually do? I have no idea. Sorry for the long post (picture of a potato).

Got lucky and beat them 2-1 with 4-2-3-1. Something like 17 shots against and 2 for lol. Had to resort to spamming the wings a bit :/
