@@romaeraegan okay its a long story but basically jungkook went out on the pilot episode of show with Jo Seho and some other dudes - it was back when they were promoting Fire and it had been live streamed on VApp. Jungkook was treated like shit, they used fan votes for the show and obviously everyone voted for jungkook to have the best stuff and Seho was always last or second to last and because of that him and Seo Jang Hoon too were really rude and petty towards him, making him feel guilty and all that. They showed an edited version on tv and stuff but the live stream was genuinely awful and made fans feel so uncomfortable that they changed the entire cast and concept of the show and the guys who were rude to jungkook and the other really popular actor guy had to issue formal apologies

Okay but can we appreciate that Ji Seokjin genuinely appreciates his friendship with Jin? He wasn’t over the top trying to dig out every proof to seem like he was close to Jin, it was the rest of the cast that asked him to call or read the messages. If you’re a fan of running man you know Ji Seokjin’s character is a lot about his pride that always gets broken down lmao yet he barely did an attempt to boast about his friendship, but still he’s actual friends with Jin and have proper conversations and genuinely supports him.
