Watching these videos is the next best thing to actual time travel! Thanks for allowing so many of us to relive our childhoods. It's so need during these turbulent times.
I’m 60 years old and I still watch all my favourite cartoons from 50’s to late 70’S it’s stress free and gives you time away from the Messed up World all the Governments World Wide are causing everyone !
"Hong Kong Phooey...Number One Super Guy" Haha. One of the most memorable cartoon theme songs ever. I really appreciate your posting the entire Saturday morning broadcast of each network for various years, because seldom did most of us stick with one channel, so it's nice to actually go back and sample what we missed.
Scatman Carruthers really gave life to HKP. He made a somewhat unlikeable character highly watchable and memorable. I heard that they rebooted the series, but watching it might destroy part of my childhood.
While I remember watching Saturday morning cartoon viewing more in the 80's ,looking back at the list of shows during the 70's I would have to say it had far superior line-ups for the most part. Loved Saturday mornings on both decades!
Mighty Man and Yuck was freaking hilarious!!! Loved that show. Always got a laugh when Yuck revealed his face, causing the grandfather clock to self destruct! Hong Kong Phooey…great show with a killer theme song!
I remember watching the cartoon with the dog who was so ugly he couldn't remove his doghouse, I saw it in the 80s (I was born in 1978). I just couldn't remember the name of it.
Always wanted one, never got one. :( I did have a regular green colored hot cycle, tho. Had a yellow box on the console that my parents told me was just decoration. It wasn't until I was much older, and it was still around, that I was smart enough to know how to take it apart and found it took 2 D cells. I had no way to know what it actually did, however, since the electronics in there had long ago rotted away. I'm sure it just made some kind of noise and my parents probably just didn't to listen to it over and over and over and over and over and over and...
At the end of the Globe Trotters noticed Eddie Anderson was one of the voices. He had one of more unique voices on radio as Rochester on the Jack Benny show. I had wondered what his regular voice sounded like. I found out he voiced Bobby Joe. I went back to listen him and never would have guessed it was the same guy.
Space Sentinels was a cool show. Music funky as hell. I gotta find out who did it. And if anyone out there is a hip-hop producer, please sample it and make some bangers.
I guess "The New Archie and Sabrina Hour" and its follow ups "Bang Shang Lollapalooza Show" and "Super Witch" were already gone by then. They were the shows I was looking forward to the most that season.
I remember the old Hostess snack cakes commercials. They all seemed to follow the same formula... Fruit Pie the Magician would use hi magic and get himself and the kids in danger. Captain Cupcake or Twinkie the Kid would have to come to the rescue. Then everyone would enjoy the Hostess treats at the end. Always made me wonder why the kids would hang out with Fruit Pie. He's an even worse magician than Professor Hinkle!
It's a great ad, really makes you want to ride one. It's pretty cool they had the "GoPro" angle (1:43), which must have been a challenge with the big cameras they had.
I remember a really nice kid let me ride his when my pink power wheels got too small for me to race with. The loan was short lived because a bad kid on purposely busted it both because I was a girl riding it and that the older (white) kid was letting me borrow it to win the races.
I have not seen all of this video or all the other ones but I hope for the possibility you have captured or come across the last version of the Archie cartoon (some were an hour long) before the 1987 new little teens version of the Archies.

And where's the intro, full episodes, and the closing credits of "The Go-Go Globetrotters" with a new title sequence and disco-like theme song (with the Hanna-Barbera "Rainbow H-B" logo), a 2-hour show that ran reruns of this show, "Space Ghost", "The Herculoids", "Motormouse and Autocat" (from "The Cattanooga Cats"), and elements from that season's "C.B. Bears"?
This video needs a better content listing. For example, it contains an original Star Wars commercial featuring a clip of the landspeeder entering Mos Eisley before it was doctored up. And, of course, the Snoopy snow cone machine commercial.

Best of times to have been a kid and for watching Saturday morning cartoons, and eating bowls of cereal.
Super facts

brings back great memories! when they actually had saturday morning cartoons back then. my condolences to today's kiddos
We appreciate this so much. I can't believe how much I remember as a child.
Thanks for fulfilling my request for Saturday morning cartoon lineup from the year I was born. The 70s cartoons isn't that bad

Mighty Man and Yuck was freaking hilarious!!! Loved that show. Always got a laugh when Yuck revealed his face, causing the grandfather clock to self destruct! Hong Kong Phooey…great show with a killer theme song!
Thank you for posting, Saturday morning was King in any year of this NBC lineup in 1978

0:39 My grandpa used to do an impression of Dracula, it made me laugh everytime!
Ah, man! I miss being a kid and riding my Green Machine.
Love you put The Globetrotters on here.
Bro this is golden!
Not me putting this on my television and pretending its today's broadcast lol
I had the green machine it was cool

Well I learned something today... Never knew Pink panther had their own version of Poochie! 😅
1978 man I was 2 years old.😢😢😢😢😢
Young punk.
Mighty Man(Peter Cullen)& Yukk(Frank Welker)before they voiced as Optimus Prime and Megatron.

Filmation and it's best!
... And Astria's fine @$$
I used have a Green Machine! Awesome!
I don't remember watching this lineup because I was only a one year old at the time 😂
lol me neither
ALL of the Pink Panther shorts from 1978 were reissued as theatrical cartoons in preparing for syndication in 1982.
I guess "The New Archie and Sabrina Hour" and its follow ups "Bang Shang Lollapalooza Show" and "Super Witch" were already gone by then. They were the shows I was looking forward to the most that season.

What’s up with Mighty Man and that “Boo boo boo boo boo boo!”? Never noticed that as a kid!
Kim Fields on the Frosted Flakes Commercial!
Where Jana of the Jungle, Godzilla, and Fanstatic 4 is it a copyright issue
thats 1979. Everything you mentioned is copywritten
Godzilla was mid season. Jana debut in late summer. Fantastic 4 was part of the 78--79 line-up
Freakin good stuff! Best times
Meanwhile, growing up in the 80s not knowing I was watching reruns from the 70s...🤦
Ironc .how the Mr T Cartoon got elements from the Globetrotters with the tour bus and Muhammad Ali!
True you said a lot
Plastic man and Clue club are the hardest to find.
I have them, can't post them on youtube
You have to do one with the Dennis the menace cartoon and topcat silverHawks and Marshall brave star
And now everyone knows the BigWheel from our childhood gave y'all the ZeroTurn Mower of today 😆😂.
lol
Man i wanted that green machine
I always wanted to know why Mighty Man vocalized his "Boop Boop....". Does anyone know the answer?
Got anything from NBC from 1974? I rarely watched any other network on Saturdays, and I was getting out of cartoons around 1978.

not sure
What was the very last show called, does anyone know please? Thank you all.
Mighty Man and Yukk was from 1979.amd was on ABC but ehhh! 😏 SatAm was just the best!
Never watched this cartoon. The producers never thought that gold is one of the softest metals on the world. Lol

I had a Snoopy Sno Cone Machine, and saw Starwars on HBO
Who owned a Green Machine? Basically killed Bigwheels overnight..
I wanted one, but moms got me the spiderman bigwheel

Loved the cartoons and most of the commercials bring back memories but the creepy burger king guy caused many a young kid serious mental trauma
Yes he was creepy. I missed out on him. Thank goodness
How does every know it's Splish Splash when the guy just stole the formula?
Ironic how Charlie Chaplin passed on Christmas of this year too!
