The best of us are those who are following the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad "salalahu alaihi wasalaam" sent to humanity as "He" is the last and seal of the Prophets sent in the beginning of the minor days of judgement, who will know it except but those who are following the correct guidance... And so we can see by way of the signs the minor days of judgement are truly upon us and one of them is, killing will be wide spread and the one who has killed, will not know why they are killing and the ones who are killed, will not know why they are killed...So be extremely vigilant in the realities of ISLAM and it's legislated platform under which the Truth has been told and its value is worth more that any amount of gold...

When for the first time I'd heard this surah, 1 year back, I was astonished. Allah can make time lapse on Earth! It's definitely a scientific evidence! (If you want to think about the surah in a deeper way) Only Allah can provide this Power to whoever He wants to and the young men put their trust on Allah the Almighty.

New discoveries show that time and physical space are intertwined in our observance of them, because of how we perceive the space around us as always changing within time. If we wholeheartedly accept Allah as the Creator of the Heavens AND Earth (space) then He would be the Creator and Ruler of Time as well! Beautiful mysteries in this chapter that humanity is just waking up to...

This Surah (Kahf)* has a goldmine👑 of In-depth knowledge hidden in it for the people who believe❤. I love most of the stories recited in this surah but my favourite one is that of Dhul-Karnain👑 (The righteous & the just King)*.
I often narrate some of the stories to my young kids👨👦👦 (in a much easier way)* so that they may have an understanding of the right & the wrong from an early age. Also, they need to know who to rely on incase of protection & help. May ALLAH SWT guide us & our young ones from the evil fitnah of Dajjal & Satan. Ameen🤲🏻

For those of us who don't know Arabic, will we get the full reward listening to this on Firdays ?
Listen to it in english and arabic...then have understanding the reward will be rewarded by Allah.
On fridays the one who recites this surah has special benefits and for this matter one should recite it in arabic as given in quran. If you don't know arabic you should try to learn, in sha allah. Make efforts to recite arabic words of quran as they are direct words from allah. Until you learn to read i personally suggest you can listen to al kahf recited in arabic ,once you do that then try to understand their meaning in translation.
As for the Friday is concerned the one who reads surah Al kahf on that day has special benefits and its to be read in arabic as in quran &allah knows best. May Allah make it easy for you.

Allah says in the Holy Quran "We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an so you people
may understand / use reason" (12:2). The Holy Quran was revealed in Arabic to make it easy for people of the time and place. Arabic in itself has no virtue of its own. Therefore, it is more important to understand the message of the Quran instead of blindly reading something you don't understand. Of course, the Arabic version is the exact revelation and if you are someone who understands classical Quranic Arabic, it helps understand the verses even better and it is better to learn Arabic if you can, but don't let that divert you from the real reason.

Let's think of the people who were not protected by the sun for a moment, earth is protected thoroughly via ozone layer. Perhaps there is a possibility that zulqarnain travelled far from our world, to a different one where the planet was not secure from the Sun's rays. And then helped them. There are mentions of 'sababa' for reference in Al Kahf
