Wow! Thank you so much for this explanation. I have been researching an issue with my app for several days now and couldn't figure out why my users could not see the form I had created for them. I fixed my issue yesterday but couldn't explain why I had to specifically set the form security roles because I had made a copy from a form that everyone had permissions to access. So strange that the system doesn't actually do a "true" copy of the original form as is. Microsoft... they aren't known for making products intuitive. But with great people posting their experiences for others to save time and learn from...... its a better world. :)
