To cope with anxiety before going to bed is different for everyone but light meditation or journaling before bed is always helpful for me. Also reading the Bible before, or prayer while you try to go to sleep is very comforting. One more thing is using sound machines. Sometimes when it’s too quiet our brain just runs wild so having a sound you can concentrate on is very helpful for relaxation. Hope this helps ❤

I definitely experience anxiety before sleeping sometimes! I always try to establish a night routine that makes me feel calm when I feel like that. Don’t rush getting ready for bed. Do self care, meditate, do yoga, pray, read, etc. It doesn’t always solve it, but it helps your mind regardless!

girl i have been taking magnesium glycinate about 30 min before bed and it has been a game changer for my night anxiety! i also get some really great sleep. just take one tablet (200mg) and it will really help!!

hello!! i did not have exactly the same problem but i had big problem with falling asleep and what helped me was blue light glasses (+ setting red light on my devices) and taking quality magnesium before sleeping..the quality really is making a big difference i know it might not be the right solution for you, but the blue light is really a trigger for your body and brain. Tart cherry juice can be helpful, along with self care practices like showering and meditating before bed. All of this being said, you might still need more help.I tried a couple different sleeping meds and hydroxyzine really changed my life. That anxiety I would get in my chest at night that would keep me up - would be blocked out by this medicine. Highly recommend
I use a breathing technique to fall a sleep to help my body relax. You take deep breathes in and out but when you breathe out you pause at the end for about 5-10sec.
Hey babe, so the anxiety at night could be from working in your bedroom, when you work in the same place you sleep, your body associates your bedroom with work rather than a place of rest & sleep! When the anxiety hits, try getting up, moving to another room & come back after 10/15 mins.
Not using your phone or laptop about two hours before you go sleep will help you sleep better. Also try meditation to help with the anxious feeling. Start off with 5 minute meditation videos on youtube

When I had really bad anxiety while trying to fall asleep...I would grab my cat and have him sleep right beside my heart and that way all I could hear was his heart beating and purring and it would distract me from the beating of my own heart which felt like it was going a million miles a minute. Super random but it helped!
