- Doors was hiding a new secret Entity called Dread that requires you to literally sit in a room for 1 hour for him to appear and he's scary

"She" is "Guiding light", the blue voice that talks to you when you die in the normal doors while this yellow one appears only here and in rooms. He doesnt give you direct tips on how to survive the entity you died to unlike Guiding light. Also he says that he has given you "a way to increase the timer", I think he is talking about the levers so he has powers to actually interact with the world in a meaningful way while Guiding light can only highlight the correct doors in Seek's chase and the books in the library and the door in the dark rooms. At least thats what I know for now

Here are some fun facts about the backdoor I wanted to share. (Even tho probably no one will see this lol)
Blitz's chances of rebounding is based on the timer. If you have less time on the levers, Blotz's chances of rebounding will be less, If you have a lot of time, Blitz is likely to rebound. He can also rebound up to 3 times. He rebounds when he hits an unopened door
When curios light says "She said we should call that one blitz" It means the person that designed Blitz. Designer of blitz (She) told the main devs to give blitz Its name.
You can bring the starlight potions into the hotel and use them. In fact, putting the big starlight potion into the rift creates a second, golden rift. Also using the vials with vitamins makes you go really fast It's really fun lol.
Backdoor will stay in the game after the hunt ends and the devs will make ot MUCH harder which I'm really hyped for.
There are also some small changes with the update.
Seek's eyes don't cause flickers anymore
Rush can now appear during Seek's crescendo (when the seek eyes are present)
Eyes (The entity) now spawns faster, has a spawning animation, has an attacking animation and has a jumpscare animation now.
Figure can jump over the railings now
I'm more than certain the "she" is guiding light

guiding light and curious light were technically the first pieces of lore in the game. Curious light can be found in the backdoor and the rooms. Guiding light is found in the hotel and sometimes guides you if you take too long.
Guiding light might be in the mines as well

When Curious Light says "She said we should call it Blitz" I think they mean Guiding Light since Guiding Light would be a she I guess? And They know the entities names, Curious Light doesn't know them they just create a name for them for example A-60 obviously he's not actually called A-60 but Curious Light named him A-60 because he shows up after room A-60
Some stuff you should really be aware of now is that in the Hotel Rush can now spawn in dark rooms and rooms with seek eyes in it
Eyes spawn faster in a room and now they have a jumpscare too :)
Dupe can appear in ANY door now, for example the staircase room the right door would always be the second door upstairs but now it can be the left one or the one downstairs and dupe and be in it
Funny glitch in The Backdoors, if you open a drawer (the long 2 drawers one) then crouch and try to get inside of it Blitz will just ignore you I think you can't look behind but I'm not sure
There's 2 new modifiers
It can run too (Basically Seek has the same speed as you)

You can no longer hide in the bedrooms on the infirmary room
After Jeff Store room if Rush spawns and you go back to Jeff Store the store will be closed and El Goblino will hide behind the table

Hey hey, I have a wonderful idea. If you take the Big Potion from the end of back doors to a rift, either at the start of the game or room 100, it will generate a second temporal rift for you to store an item inside of. You cant swap items as its only temporary storage, but it's something to take note of. Maybe store a crucifix to kiII dread with?

In the backdoors if you bring a golden potion to door 100 if you put it in the thing downstairs another one will appear as yellow so you can store 2 items! (Reply to this if you can or in game)
Bijuu, I don’t know if you know this already, but glitch happens mostly (and probably only) in multiplayer when a player is so far behind while the rest are already on different further rooms, which in turn makes glitch activate and makes the player who was left behind get teleported to everyone else (whoever is the farthest) so Doors doesn’t have to load all the rooms in the middle which is why it’s an error and would probably make the game laggy if so much was loaded at the same time just because someone decided tor accidentally stayed back.
This is what I’m saying since it’s happened to me on many occasions where someone is speedrunning while I can barely catch up and then I get Glitch and get TP to them and lose some of my health
Actually, Glitch's main function now is to act as a failsafe if rooms fail to generate correctly, and can absolutely show up in singleplayer. It *used* to also teleport stragglers in multiplayer like you say, but now that function is handled by a newer entity called Void.
...Although, according to the wiki, it seems Glitch still teleports stragglers in the Rooms and the Backdoor. Weird.

I think "she" reffers to "the light" entity, the one that guides you and gives you hints if you die in the normal mode of the game.
my theory is that "she" is guiding light, the entity that helps you and talks to you when you die, and the yellow one might be a different one that guiding light put in charge of the backdoor, but i assume its some sort of apprentice as it doesnt know how to mark helpful things yet, like doors in dark rooms or keys.
Funny thing: glitch isn't rare as he can always spawn due to if you open a big line of doors and then go backwards he'll teleport you to the most recent door.

edit: if u beat backdoors and take the big curious potion to door 100 or u already have something in the rift u can put it inside and make a curious rift which acts as a temporary extra rift storage slot
Found this out today but if you bring the big glowing vial and put it in the rift in a normal run you get golden rift next to the other one, so you will have 2 rifts to carry 2 items.
I got Dread too, but Rush forced me to hide and he opened the door

the reason ppl found this is bc in one of the hotel+ update trailers a clock strikes 12 and for a fram or 2 u can see dread. also the clocks didnt actually tick before THE HUNT update

I'm not 100% sure but I think dread was originally a way to stop hackers from well using speed hacks and other stuff in the rooms area that would spawn as a wall u could not pass and another fact about dread is he was a hidden entity in one of the doors traliar before the hotel + update
If you carry the curious light potion to the end of the hotel, you will get a new rift that will allow you to store an extra item.
If you decide to use the potion then you will get the following benefits for limited time
Extra vision: you can see in the dark more
Run faster: you get a bit of a speed boost
Overheal: if you're on full hp then you will get extra hp for a short amount of time (you can use the extra hp to avoid some entities).
Regen: If you have less health you'll heal a bit of it back.
Hey bijuu Mike there's a another rift named the golden rift or the curious rift u must get the star bottle from the end of the backdoor put it in rift in door 100 the golden rift will appear but it wont appear at door 100 again
Fun fact: glitch appears when a room fails to load properly. I had this happen at spawn of the backroo- DOOR.

On the hunt sign in the lobby i belive it says the Floor is staying. Glitch appears when you fall tooo far behind your in deloads. I don't think that normally happens in the hotel.

Glitch was created for a development issue. After the players exit a room, it will unload which allows more room for new rooms that spawn in. As such, Glitch was made so the player would not get trapped in the unloaded area

fun fact: you can unlock a second rift by getting the starlight potion at the end in the backdoor, if u got the starlight potion, reach 100 rooms, and go to the rift, then use the starlight potion on the rift and it will unlock a second rift,

I’ll be honest. One of my first play throughs in the backdoor, the map did not load properly and I fell into the void and died. There was no glitch for me, and it used my revive

Is dread like hastes brother since their both about time and stuff. Because haste appears when you run out of time and dread appears at like a certain time or something, which is still about time.
This game really IS inspired by Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion, huh? Cause Haste's jumpscare seems to be inspired by Specimen 9's death screen from SJM.
Yesterday I was playing and right as i started I somehow got killed but I didn't see glitch. After that it gave me the animation for using a revive even though I didn't use it!
Fun fact: use the reward for the back doors on the blue portal I forgo name you can make another portal for any item but can only be used once however this is the other way to kill dread to if you don’t want to take your toy out

Ok, here's an idea. The Doors Gauntlet. Basically what it is is you have to do the backdoor, then complete part of normal doors, ALL 1000 ROOMS, and then go back to finish normal doors in one run. idk just an idea I came up with when I was bored.

Pretty sure you can't crucify Haste. I don't think the Crucifix even spawns and if it did it would probably act the same as in The Rooms since Guiding Light isn't there.

When I played the backdoors once I got left behind because I can barely see anything in a dark room, I am guessing my team went far enough and instead of void teleporting me back, glitch did.
There is 1 more secret with the backdoor update and that is by getting 100 gold, buying the potion, DO NOT DRINK THE POTION, go to the hotel and put it in the rift and something will happen (you have to have the rift at door 0 for it to work i think)
