Apparently they re-used voice lines from the old games. Kay-oken which u pointed should be Kai-oken is one of them. Also I think the "Im Angry" Goku line is also reused from the old BT games. Sean Schemmel and Damian Mills (Voice director for the dub of the game) definetely know their stuff about DB and wouldnt make mistakes like that nowadays

It would actually be pretty cool if they brought back the What If scenarios and had Majin Vegeta vs Super Saiyan 3 Goku as one with you playing as Vegeta.
