I love coming back to this 6 years later seeing people that thought for some strange reason that you could unlock all the dark ops challenges to get the Dark Matter camo. I guess they finally learnt that the challenge was unlock diamond of all guns to get Dark Matter which would then give you one of the Dark Ops calling cards. Fresh Start wasn't even bad either since prestiging was incredibly easy to achieve in the game if you played it enough.
How did you do it? I did it and didn't think much of it. I thought it meant that you have to kill a guy who's taken damage from a single teammate 5 times.

That makes sense. Technically there were Dark Ops challenges in Black Ops 2. Weapons Mastery (Diamond everything for 10000 XP and that awesome blue General playercard) and Nuked Out (Get a Nuke in Free for All for awesome nuke playercard)

I can confirm that the dark matter camo looks EXTREMLY cool :-) it's black background with a kind of pulsating lightning effect running through it :-) ( I've seen it in another vid from a german player). too bad I can't post an a screenshot of it here but it's honnestly worth it ;-)

To get the "Doctor Lung" play Metro and off spawn jump in the water and start swimming to the other side, about half way you start drowning and hope some else does the same and try to kill him. I almost had it but we both jumped out of the water to try to kill each other. Hope some of y'all get this, I know I will try it every time I play the map Metro. Have a great day.

You don't need to complete all challenges for the camo. You just need to get all diamond
