- Hello everyone, welcome to my channel. In this video I am growing cabbage using garden mesh. This prevent butterflies laying eggs.
In the video i forgot to mention that when they have grown to about 5-6 weeks, you can add organic fertiliser (you may mix it with soil or mix it into water to water cabbage with) to assist growth.
It’s lovely to eat home grown vegetables. It is fresh and yummy 😁 they also add character to your garden.🥬

What are the white bags made of and did you punch holes in bottoms for drainage. I tried using sand bags for some plants and they worked pretty good.
