If you really wanted the second cafe job and given full time hours, you would have taken the offer then talked to your first job manager and cut hours to first job. First job working on the days you are off from your second job.
If you work in a majority white people cafe, you would be forced to communicate in English with both customers and coworkers which is probably one of the fastest ways to learn a language.
