I am facing the issue "The Operation has timed out" while connecting through machine key. I followed the exact same steps. Any suggestions how to deal with this error? FYI : I am using my company's laptop.
Hi, It should work, if you did the same steps. Could you please give me more details, what did you create and where is the problem exactly? You can send me an email with more details and screenshots, if you cannot explain everything in text here. You can find the email in the channel description!
Hi Suresh, yes you can use it in other tenants. You only have to assign the roles again for this robot in the other tenant. You can do that as in the video: Manage Access --> Assign Roles --> Robot Account. Here you can see the robot, which is available there. Assign the roles and you can use it in the new tenant. It means, the robot is available for the organization, not for a specific tenant. So you create the robot for the organization. After that you use it for the tenants. Where you need it, you have to use it using Assign Roles. I hope it's clear now!
