Can't thank Roland enough at bbq smoker pros. Gave me all the information I needed as I'm from out of town, gave me a great deal on the grill i really wanted so i didn't have to settle. Roland evan met me on sunday when they where closed and still took all the time needed to explain the grills operation and features thoroughly inside and out. Stand up sales guy as well. The smoker was ready and out front, took his time with walking us through all of his special features. Some real great ideas and designs to help you make the most out of your unit. All of the features are really designed to help the individual make more money and product with ease. The smoker its self is a solid unit with box tube framing and reinforced plating, this will long time unit with simple maintenance.
