The voice acting for Omega, Big, Vector, Espio, and Charmy are ON POINT!! Their voice actors did an _amazing_ job! Metal Sonic, Silver, Sonic, Vennie, Sicily, Silver’s parents, etc. all have very talented VAs as well-Everyone here did a stunning job! The editing and music is great too!

This is explained back in the first season. But tl;dr Sonic was killed by a mind controlled Shadow and was bound to the chaos emeralds by Tikal's spirit. So he remains as a ghost to help silver get the chaos emeralds back.
