Yes that would’ve been so amazing! We had the incredible group C and GT1 cars in the 90s that are so much pure than today’s hybrid stuff, but the content and accessibility to watching it got so much better! I love all this coverage on TH-cam!
That was absolutely amazing. I really loved the 30 min episode. I very much prefer this over the chopped up episodes of last year. Can't wait for the next one.
I want to say to the WEC organizers that they did a phenomenal job for this Championship!!! The races, the grid, the calendar, the drivers! the Marks !!! Everything is in place !!!! Greetings from Argentina!!
Yeah! I love this. I think it's a little bit sad that there was no mention of the amazing qualifying in GTE. I would've loved to get some views from the Iron Dames team. They had such an dramatic race with the t1 incident and all. Can't wait to see them win in Portimao
I can agree with that in regards to the GTE qualifying session and the Iron Dames, but you also have to remember they were on double duty that weekend because they were doing the 12 hours in a Lamborghini on the Saturday so maybe they were unavailable to film who knows
@@rory6065 oh right, forgott about that. Next race they'll get the coverage they deserve. Considering the several comments toward "there are microphones here" it could also be that they did not want to be covered. Either way, I thought the balance between Ben Keating and the other GTE Teams was quite scewed (probably for reasons we don't know but still)
@@herbertkraft7379The "no microphone" comment was towards Lilou Wadoux who doesn't drive for the Iron Dames. I'd guess they pick a team for every weekend and stick with them. Iron Lynx is an Italian team so Monza would make sense. Le Mans would also make sense obviously depending on whaz happens there and the pure length of the race.
@@Maenfy no there was a scene with the Ganassi Cadillac where i think they were debriefing with Alex Lynn and the comments of there's microphones about, maybe there's some paranoia about in that they think the camera and microphones crew are going to go running off to other teams and say psst this is what so and so are doing strategy wise
This is an amazing thing to have! I love looking into the inner workings of all the teams and I really wanted to see this sort of thing for WEC! This is exactly what we as fans want :)
Okay this is my new favorite segment of the wec besides the race itself. Looking forward to the amazing behind the scenes content for the rest of the season!
Excellent coverage. I like how this shows who everyone is and how they are in situations. You really do get the feeling of how important this is to the automotive industry and how much fan support there is for FIA WEC.
This is great! I’m a huge fan of IMSA so having access to great WEC content is awesome! Complements both sides of endurance racing and motorsports in general!
I do not follow WEC and just came here to watch this after the commentators of Le Mans mentioned the series. It is amazingly well done. Congratulations to everyone involved in the production. Alongside a thrilling Le Mans, this might just make start following WEC.
Love these full length episodes. Maybe honing in on some more drivers and amping up the editing and following more of the on track battles and this really has a lot of potential
I'm surprised people seem to have wanted these like this. I preferred the weekly ~10 min videos. But anyway, it doesn't really matter. These are great!
There is a "Race Debrief" on the channel. I would bet that is the equivalent to the race reviews from last year (have not watched it yet, because I still have 2h left to watch of the race itself)
The LMP2 category has been completely ignored. A category thanks to which we have been able to enjoy real racing over the last years. You showed only one episode - the failure of the #23 car. I understand that from a marketing point of view it is all about the Hypercars now but don't forget that there are fans who are also interested in the LMP2 category, where we have the most evenly matched field and many excellent drivers. I hope you will change your approach in the next episodes.
it would have been nice to hear something from one of the united drivers on the failure of the car yes, but if there's no availability to talk because drivers had to be elsewhere then that's just the way it is, i'm sure we'll see more of them over the course of the season in some way or the other
Apart from the cliché, vacuous interviews on "working hard" and "overcoming challenges", and the cringy dramatic music to create artificial drama for the "new era", the footage and some comments (Vadoux was onto something spicy there before they cut it short) were interesting.
Overall this is excellent stuff, but the TV-show crash sound effects are cheesy, and clearly many people already know not to say too much when you're around ("be careful, there is a microphone")...
Excellent start for Ferrari. It is good to see that they are doing a fantastic job as a team. Unlike the F1 fiasco. Over tens years since the last championship. Poor leadership and driver choices...
Loving the content. This year is really the start of a new era. Wish we had this kind of content back in the 90s.
Yes that would’ve been so amazing!

I love all this coverage on TH-cam!
Thanks for listening to feedback and giving us full-length episodes. I’ll watch over the weekend.
Way better format then the old Full Access. Nice to get a longer format, keep it up FIAWEC
Nice. WEC needed this series.
That was absolutely amazing. I really loved the 30 min episode. I very much prefer this over the chopped up episodes of last year. Can't wait for the next one.
This format is great. Don't change it.
Getting to know wec racing only this year it feels so pure and honest. Loving it
brilliant. props to everyone behind the scenes working on this stuff.

@@rory6065 Well obviously, no idea wants to leak informations if they don't have to ^^.
I daresay that all of us fans love this content format. Thank you WEC!!!

Great Show 👍👏
Ben Keating, what a character!😂
Full access is amazing
You listened and thanks for that. Very nice episode.
Okay this is my new favorite segment of the wec besides the race itself. Looking forward to the amazing behind the scenes content for the rest of the season!
21:20 my favorite part 😂
This is brilliant
These cars look SO GOOD in slow motion. WEC is killing it with these vids
Kevin Estre so deserves his hypercar drive. He's been epic in GT's. And it's great to see A lott back. Come back Marcel and Benoit.
Excellent coverage. I like how this shows who everyone is and how they are in situations. You really do get the feeling of how important this is to the automotive industry and how much fan support there is for FIA WEC.
All of the videos surrounding these events is fantastic.
Thank you for the massive improvement in content and reporting this year. That's what we need. And also the entire sportscar motorsport. Keep it up!
This is great! I’m a huge fan of IMSA so having access to great WEC content is awesome! Complements both sides of endurance racing and motorsports in general!
You gotta love Ben Keating🤘🏻. I hope that GM gives him the opportunity to do Hypercar in the near future
Great episode! Will definitely watch the upcoming episodes.

Keep it up WEC media team. Good job.
I've been waiting for this. I loved last seasons Full Access.
Great content! I love it! Waiting eagerly for the next race at Portimao.
Would be great if WEC could find a way to show this content on free to air somehow, even a few weeks after the races. Great content.
The full race has already been uploaded on this channel for some time now.
Already a massive improvement over last year's season of full access
Yay! I made the video @ 35:01 😂 Great job to the editors 💯
Incredible video with lots of behind the scenes! Keep them comming guys! 🎉🔥
The first race was amazing. Seeing the different designs in Hypercar is so cool to see
Love these full length episodes. Maybe honing in on some more drivers and amping up the editing and following more of the on track battles and this really has a lot of potential
6:51 those shots and that song left me speechless
Yes! This is what I'm on about
Super grateful for this. 🙏🏽
Proper footage, fit for proper motorsport. Most excellent. ❤
Thanks wec! Great content this year
Great watch !
Awesome Production Guys. Love the content
Now this is quality content... Great work!!
WEC: Netflix documentary? Naah, we gonna do it ourselves
Great insights and MULTICLASS ENDURANCE RACING !
Great video. Can't wait to watch this season.
thanks for the highlights,
Brilliant! Far better than drive to survive!
Thanks for this great video..superb content...nice mix of on and off track adventures...
This is amazing!
Perfect w/ my morning coffee 👌🏿
This is good content, feels more grounded that F1s DTS lol, just wish teams would discuss more in front of the cameras about strategy and stuff
I loved ben keating before watching, now i love ben keating even more
16:10 WEC taking a page out of Drive To Survive's book 😂😂
Love it.
Ben Keating doing 3 hours of racing and then just chillin, man's living his life
Great, just great
amazing content.
Man this is awesome
Honestly this is way better than Drive to Survive and also a fan of that show as well.
This is fire
Good job on the coverage.
Not exactly "Drive to Survive", but a very well done race recap. Keep it coming!
Drive to survive need to do one for alll of the different disciplines popping up this year, its great!
いい時代になったなあ、またフェラーリが耐久レースで戦う姿が見れるとは
On this year a great Championship.
Good jog, great video.
I'm surprised people seem to have wanted these like this. I preferred the weekly ~10 min videos. But anyway, it doesn't really matter. These are great!
Good improvement of the content in the channel these last times. Carry on
Splendid & unexpecteted 3th place for Ferrari behind the 2 favourites Toyotas here on the 12h of Sebring! 💙💟💖🌺💮🌸🌼🌷🌹🏵☮☯🏳🌈!
Morrrrrrre please! More content!
I would love Ford to have another go at top level endurance racing.
Next Race Review The 2023 1000 Miles Of Sebring Please🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
There is a "Race Debrief" on the channel. I would bet that is the equivalent to the race reviews from last year (have not watched it yet, because I still have 2h left to watch of the race itself)

See you in Portimao 🏁
8:09 - More of this!
9:18 - Hello Roger Penzke
23:15 - can here the electric motors kick in down this straight. 120kph is the rule?
LMDH has a smaller motor and RWD only, so i guess this is just how things are going to differ between LMH & LMDH.
I love in a BoP series, where teams like to talk crap about being faster.
Terrific episode, but please don't go DtS style with adding some needless sound effects.
+1
Can't wait for 6 Hours of Spa I hope there's no rain
Cool to actually see Louise.
Great start to the season in every aspect!
19:58 what's the point, that's the 2nd time someone stops talking because of the microphone lmao
35:30
Ohhh good relationship between Morizo-San(Akio Toyoda, head of Toyota) and drivers
Andre Lotterer reminds me of Mark Sloan off Grey's anatomy
I'll take Anthony Davidson over Will Buxton anyday lol
You can really see the poise of the Gr team. They were unfazed even after they lost pole lol
Kamui's comment at the end about why the Ferrari did so many pitstops to Fuoco was quite funny to me.
@@AbrahamArthemius I thought that was hilarious too lol. “You can tell me everything “
16:57 lol
That Ferrari is a beautiful car
waw that was wind stealer legend,,hhu

Finally a non-sycophantic constructive commentary of this video 👏🫡👌
This is what we all hoped Drive to survive would be like... Fantastic job anyways!

I don't know why but I thought Sebring was in the Netherlands.
im switching to an asmr video of a formula engine. v12 not v10 in case you were wondering.
OK I lied, its all the engines. th-cam.com/video/JLIf9JGyas8/w-d-xo.html😅😅😁😆😆
