The music themes on this game (such as the replay theme) remind me for some reason the good times i had playing with my mates super tennis on my snes some years ago. Nice gameplay too
Well I actually just noticed Sonic got himself a life jacket for the swimming part to keep him afloat, since he always sunk to the bottom of (for example) a lake, in Sonic games. On the other hand, it looks painfully sad that Sonic has a hard time swimming and using a life jacket, while Shadow seems to swim perfectly well without one. XD
Yeah it is. And to make things fair, every character has to be the same ability-wise, I get that. But it's kinda fun to think how things would REALLY go :P

Yes because he has done incredible feats of strength like throw a thousand pound bomb and swing Bowser. As for your comment about why he can't Run on water in Rush. He can. Matter fact, I've seen him run through air in some time attacks.

finally, sonic has some emotion in his voice. i have to say i missed sonic sounding like had feelings ever since his voice actor was replaced by jason grifith. please don't spam me, im just saying that jasons voice acting has improved

Does anybody know how much this game is now and what stores have this game now on the Wii version? I had the game, but now the disc is missing and all I have is the case itself and I've looked everywhere for that disc to the point of convincing myself that it's nowhere to be found. So I'm hoping to try to go and get a new one so I can have the whole entire franchise back can anyone here pretty please help me? Thanks I really do appreciate it:)
Here's some adviise. Since the Sonic characters feet are big don't use them on Long jump or tripple jump. You can easily get a foul. You can use the Sonic characters if you want but just be careful. (I'm not complaining)

Someone made a story about how the Olympic board had to ask Sonic to hold back his true speed, otherwise they would not let him compete. While it isn't true in the rights that SEGA didn't officially add it to the game, it's a nice excuse for questions like yours.
True but it seems skills are sorta disabled in the olympics (has to be fair for all characters right?) Shadows skates also seem to be turned of and now he has to run for a change, just like any other character. Yeah, I'd have to say I prefer Drummond just because he represents the glory days that were the two Adventure games and his voice fits Sonic's attitude so well. Griffith did a good in Unleashed though, which doesn't seem to effect it seeing as it's a pretty mediocre game to begin with
Obviously, you havent seen him in Unleashed or Rush. Sonic can definitely beat anyone on the Mario side simply because he is godly athletic. He can run on water for christ's sake.

If you press the A button just after you throw the hammer, your character will shout, increasing the distance of the hammer.
