I'm really still very much orienting on a nice workflow, but getting a 303 and this 909 "emulator" has definitely brought back the fun of just making stuff. I really like working with those internal sequencers. For some reason it does wonders for productivity.
Got this one on a 59 euro sale - not a bad deal. It's a bit daunting with all the functionality, but really fun to work with.

It seems great but I wish they combined it with nepheton to cover all the 909 and 808 sounds together.

I don't know if I should upgrade from V1 to V2. Apart from all the new bells & whistles, does it actually sound different compared to the first version?

Far Improvement from the original. Resizing for a start. The grid is exactly what was needed. Effects addition is great.

Too much going on, I prefer drumazon 1…back to basics

My issue with all their plugins is that the UI's are designed for monitors that were running resolutions of 800x600, they're ridiculous tiny and it's impossible to read anything. They do sound good but that's about it. Having the graphical step sequencer is really nice for those who want to use the built-in sequencer.

Not anymore since 2015 on their plugin s you can change all the resolution and the newer versios like this one on the demo there's plenty ui settings and choices on the cofig button
