A big thumbs up from the U.S. That last kit you showed is similar to what I bring to the range. I'm not in law enforcement, and I live in the U.S. so I bring this along any time I head to the range. I also find it's a good idea for civilians to have these in the car, because we also can coma across accidents and other incidents where a victim has major bleeding. As I'm sure you know, often times the first people on the scene are civilians, and a person can bleed out in a couple of minutes. What this means is often times law enforcement can't make it to the scene in time. That's where I feel civilians can be the first responders that if properly prepared, can save lives. The types of injuries we are focusing on here can be treated with a very minimal amount of training. Often times, one can at least keep a person from expiring for long enough to allow them to make it to the hospital, or for professional help to arrive.
Afternoon team, just to let you know, NZ Police have just issued every one with cat tourniquets. Been a good time to drop them a line and get these in patrol cars for the officers. Just a thought 😉
