i’ve been watching daredevil and the defenders saga for a couple months and this was the way i found out he’s british so imagine my surprise 😭😭 idk what’s it ab british ppl but they do the best american accents and actually same with andrew garfield and rob pattinson i swore they were all american so that’s pretty funny

He is the most polite man in the industry. I went to Betrayal with him, Zawe Ashton & Tom Hiddleston. Tom Hiddleston signed playbooks for a half hour, Zawe signed mine while chatting to her bodyguard. Charlie signed mine & thanked me while looking me in the eye - pure class
Went to see that play in London and Charlie was crazy good in it! He's such a underrated performer.

I was there. There was a kid in a unicorn costume, who had Tom Hiddleston dancing and pirouetting while Zawe and Charlie applauded. Then Charlie ended up being bewitched by a sign that said "Save our babygirl". I don't know if you saw it but I thought he was going to pass out. So real.

I love how this shows that actors ARE normal human beings just like you and me and fans are the ones that make them out to be some perfect gods. Not to say Charlie Cox isn't an amazing actor but it would be nice to know that people don't only see him as a thirst object but an actual person too.
He is a man that can be awkward and not like some of the attention from his fans, he has his limits and boundaries and that is just something that most people forget.
I'm not American but having only seen Charlie as Owen (Boardwalk Empire) and Matt/ Daredevil - I am in astounded to hear his real accent and how slightly posh he is! Still love you Charlie! He just kills every role and his voice/ accent skills are obviously second to none along with huge charm and vulnerability : )
I felt he was kind of a posh lawyer in DD, despite the fact that he could beat the crap out of people.
I loved what happened in treason with your character but my jaw was on the floor for the last 30 minutes of the episode

Did you really think it was good? I quite liked the first episode but very quickly characters (especially the wife) started making ridiculous choices and it felt to me like a Harlan Corben level of writing (which, obviously, I don't rate very highly). Haven't finished it yet. Big fan of Charlie Cox and I think Olga is pretty damn good too. Acting wise, I think it's decent. Production values are surprisingly good for a UK show (I'm from the UK) - well filmed, well lit, well edited. But the writing - dialogue and plot - I think is really pedestrian.
Genuinely interested in a different opinion if you have the time/inclination :)
