As a woman when you reach a certain age, men don't come after you anymore, they are out chasing younger women. Very foolish throwing your marriage away. once your divorced and by your own you find it very hard to go back.
It is extremely easy to catch a cheater these days. There are motion cameras, small GPS units, and digital phones. A simple CPU can collect all the data and provide it to you.
That's a good way to nullify the entire prenup putting a clause about alimony, particularly one that outright says no alimony. That clause at minimum would be thrown out if not the whole agreement.
I'm wondering, obv not a lawyer, if the fact that it's a moral clause as well as she was cheating has any effect. Because you could argue she cheated AND people found out.
@Lollocide maybe, I'm not a lawyer either, but a Google search once brought results stating that prenuptial agreements cannot address alimony nor child support. I'm not sure what the specific statutes say nor how a morality clause would hold up in court.

Well that is exactly what she did. She wanted comforts.
Quality burn
She missed the freedom. She got it back.
Win the game by not even playing Gentlemen
