I bet you thought I would not comment because the video was removed temporarily. I could never miss commenting on my favorite react team! This episode was so good. Seeing how much Riley went through to set up the perfect "date" to try to get Ellie to go with her... Priceless. I also agree with Mrs. Bells that Ellie's first kill was most likely Riley, with her blade. I'm not crying, YOU ARE!

I didn't even think about that. I mean they do say her first kill would have been when Joel in the game was being drowned and Ellie shot a man. Said she was sick and it implied that she never killer before. Had practice stuff and all but now that does imply her first kill was her first friend and she didn't die unless Riley shot herself. They planned on morphing together but Ellie didn't. Mannnnn that sucks. Technically she took out her friend and someone she was feelin' too

During their last match at MK2, Ellie plays as Baraka and Riley plays as Mileena. As you see Ellie does the finishing move where Baraka stabs Mileena with his knives.
In MK2 lore Baraka and Mileena are secret lovers. Perhaps implying what happens later.

Between the heartwarming cute moments showcasing Ellie and Riley finally being able to act like kids again for once, if only for a little while...... only to rip it all away again for the seventh time in a row (damn you, show), this never ending River of tragedy that follows Ellie is emblematic of not just the shows central theme but why Ellie continues to fight, to carry on.
It showcases her and Riley on opposite sides of an ideological, real and tribalistic conflict before they lay down their arms and come together to just be close for a little while because they're each others purpose in this moment; a fascinating parallel to the Bill and Frank love story and why it matters greatly when Ellie continues to lose and lose. And now that she does have someone who looks after her, who she can depend on, who matters to them, she’ll be damned if she loses that type of connection again.
For Riley’s sake and everyone else who died, Ellie will finish this journey……even if it kills her.

yeah i wish they kind of told us what happened i never played most of the game or dlc ......so i kinda felt cucked at not knowing if she turned or if she killed herself or did ellie left before she turned
