Another valuable video dear Cristina! Thank you so much for these refreshing and motivating pointers. I like your white board method with your clear handwriting. However I hope you don't mind me asking but can you maybe use a more stable table? Each time you write something, the letters are "dancing" in front of my eyes ... 😵‍💫😄🤭

Yeah, a tripod not connected to the desk would be a lot better. I have slight astigmatism so this shakiness distracts me too. (My condition is slight astigmatism so actual astigmatism glasses / contact lenses make my vision worse.)

I really love the refreshing point about identifying what you can do to maintain your life areas. Sometimes we get so hell-bent on the idea of improvement it throws us off to the point of giving up and then makes our life areas worse!

    Christina, brilliant as usual. ❤
Such a thoughtful and thorough midyear reset system. Love it.
I think the idea on how often we should be working on those goals are so important, since i do sometimes missed on how to maintain the rhytm of one project to the others, and focus too much on certain goal.
Based on ur experiences, if we already know how often we should be working on each goals based on its priority, how much the ideal numbers of skill gap in each goal that we’re allowed to pursuit to be able to reach those goal, without sacrificing other goals that we’re also need to work on (within 6months time frame)?
