How To Splice Fiber Faster

How I learned to splice fiber faster. On this day I spliced 288 fibers and placed the chips in the trays in 9 hours. I was taught mostly by 2 experienced splicers, and one worked production. I'm not saying I'm even close to the fastest in the world, but I've came a long way in 1 year. I always tried to look up videos when I was learning, but there's not a lot out there. I made this for people like myself trying to get better. If there are requests I can break this down even further or do tutorials.
