I came back to this one again by accident. The one with Randy is a pure study in human behaviour. Randy is chirpy and has some cheeky answers to Gordons questions; his wife of course as the classic line that "her food is delicious" and "ten out of ten" but if you analyse their behaviour it is of two human beings that have gone past the point of denial. So far past realising they are responsible for the loss of business that they are in the "beyond denial" holding area. This is a classic example of how the human mind tries to protect itself from the truth but at the same time knows EXACTLY what the source of the problem is. The only barrier between accepting the fact that you need to make a change is silly modern human "emotions" such as pride, embarrassment and the fear of making a mistake in front of others. Everyone fu!cks up from time to time. Taking to yourself is the healthiest way to solve any problem. Anyway....its still a wonderful episode with the constant comedy of errors BUT in the last few scenes RANDY looks like a completely different man...maybe he is. Or is it his STUNT double :)
