Bravo! I mastered this piece when I was young. I still love playing it and hearing it, because with every performance of it it inspires me to alter my style of playing it. Love it!
Podle mě nejlepší verze zde na TH-cam. Bravo!
Absolutely rich in sound and gorgeous expression !!
Excellent performance
Composed in 1894. Early roots of jazz here. Not sure if he picked it up in USA, or passed it to them. Great piece, beautifully played.
probably passed, since he was a big influence for USA composers!
@@derianalveswolanski9855 Yes I agree. Composers like Louis Moreau Gottschalk show similarities with Dvorak. Good call!
Yes correct art Tatums version is evidence of this !
Best performance of this piece. Thank you!

Absolutely love this so beautiful the way it was played 🥲 bring memories of my grandma and auntie, I will memorise this soon play it just like this gentleman
Yes the memory effect right? The nostalgia. That is why I just NEEDED to master this one, when I was just 13. It was nostalgic back THEN. Imagine now...

Best performance of this piece. Lets the composer speak.
This is SWING 😂
I really enjoyed the performance, but his expressions seem far too anguished for the music.
